Athena in Tower Defense Game! [LitRPG]

Walking back through the thick snow, her feet sinking into the snow with each step, she made her way back step by step.

Before entering the house, she brushed off the accumulated snow on her body. As soon as she entered the house, the snow on her body instantly melted, dampening her pajamas. She sat by the fire, trying to warm her frozen feet. Just a short walk outside and her feet were already completely red from the cold.

She had thought she could easily withstand this monster attack with her high combat power. But it had backfired, attracting even more monsters.

Even though her combat power far exceeded that of the monsters, the Snowstorm Beasts were inherently group monsters, and she knew the principle that many ants could kill an elephant.

She was destined not to be able to stay in the house and pass the night safely.

She pulled out the last straw mat from under the bed, took the vine she had used for binding before, and cut two holes with a sickle, threading it through to make a crude cloak. Then she cut out a section of the grass mat she had been sitting on the ground, forming a cone shape, cutting out several small holes to secure it with vines, forming a crude hat.

"System! I want to sell my three sickles!"

If she was right, then these early-arriving monsters might very well be summoning many more Snowstorm Beasts to her home. Moreover, on the seventh day, the first wave of monsters attacking would be the real challenge!

All equipment that could be used for heating was no longer available for sale, including the flame enhancer she had previously purchased. Even thinking about buying another pair of grass shoes now was impossible.

She bought ten plastic bags for 10 copper coins and a bottle of oil for 20 copper coins.

Now the worst-case scenario was that she would be surrounded by Snowstorm Beasts, and those guys would choose to attack her directly.

As long as she stood in the courtyard, the courtyard fence would probably not be the main target of attack. When they reached the courtyard, they would be subjected to the first round of attacks from the two defense turrets.

When they entered from the deliberately opened fence gate by Athena, they would be scratched by the purple dream buds to form a second attack. And Athena would stand in the courtyard, bringing the third round of attacks to these lucky invaders who successfully entered her home.

Fighting in the snow was a big challenge for warmth, but now these were the only solutions she could think of. If she couldn't buy shoes, then she would have to find a way to keep her feet warm.

She scraped some burnt wood ash from the fire with a sickle and poured them into two plastic bags stacked together. She put her feet in the plastic bags, wore the grass shoes, and filled the remaining space with wood ash. In total, she used four plastic bags. Considering possible wear and tear later, she bought ten.

She hadn't expected herself, someone with such poor craftsmanship, to end up doing manual work here. She dragged a grass mat to the door, leaving only a narrow gap, and sat quietly at the door, waiting for the invaders.

After that, she encountered six more monsters. Unfortunately, none of these five monsters could get close to her. Five purple dream buds waved their leaves, clearing the snow around themselves. The only one that rushed over was also injured and bleeding black blood after being cut.

It stood in place in the dream and eventually dissipated. But after one of them dissipated, it left behind a white package.

Athena brought the package over.

It wasn't something very useful, but it was a great comfort to the soul.

Tonight she had encountered two waves of Snowstorm Beasts, far exceeding the few the system had mentioned before. Confirming that these refreshed monsters were not so easily broken through the first two lines of defense, she spent the night like this on the grass mat.

The arrival of daylight caused the snowstorm to gradually diminish, and the thick layer of snow began to melt.
