Chapter 232: The Great Realm of Hestia!
A question remains standing: If world phenomena had a consciousness and could materialize themselves, can realm phenomena do the same?
Well, the short answer was yes.
The long answer was... there's no way Draco would allow a party to play around him.
He would only summon the phenomena he needed whenever he needed them. As for everybody else? They should either remain dormant in his spirit realm or find some other place to mess around.
In this case, he had a few realmly phenomena out.
Namely, Space, Void, and Knowledge.
These three were out for a reason, and that reason was the expansion of Hestia into a realm.
Draco needed a parking lot where he would put all the worlds his subordinates would be bringing from around the galaxy, and he wasn't planning on having them out on display.
Thus, he was going to create the second coming of the Prison Realm—an endlessly expanding world that would be connected to all the Celestial Devourers' headquarters in the coming future, where he would conquer not one, not two, but many galaxies aside from little Plektoria.
Draco's ambitions were endless, and if Portalia was too small in his eyes, the Plektorian galaxy was in no way big enough.
As long as his mind within his tiny body could imagine something greater, a wider expanse of void outside of the one he was currently in, he would not stop.

"Space, expand. Void, invade. Knowledge, enhance," Draco ordered the phenomena one by one.
Space was to expand the area around Hestia. The land that was circular in shape would become flattened and expand endlessly. And the space, or emptiness, that would result from that would also be expanded, forming a semblance of a universe that Draco would invade with Void itself, effectively making that semblance a reality.
Knowledge was there as support to make sure nothing bad happened and the little DOs and DONTs of space would be respected; otherwise, the randomness that would be caused could prove fatal for the lives of Hestia and the planet-turned-great realm itself.
The phenomena moved to accomplish what they were ordered to, and what should have been done was done.
The planet hidden by multiple worldly phenomena became flattened within by space, helped by knowledge. The lives of the citizens and anything breathing were not harmed; in fact, not even the geography was changed. Well, aside from the fact that it was no longer circular.
The planet had a change as it was unfolded from the middle and made into a flat paper map. The houses and everything that should be there remained there. Then, the edges of the world started expanding endlessly within the very folds of the roots of the Deva Tree.
Such a thing required Draco to call upon other realmly phenomena to perform tasks relating to their properties. For the lands to expand, he had to call Earth and Water, some of the most common phenomena he found.
The expansion went on and on, following the water-to-land ratio of Draco's former planet, Earth. The only thing different was obviously the lack of life within the newly expanded lands. But that was something that Draco and Time would work on.
Draco himself simply called upon the realmly phenomena of Forests and Life. Then he began shaping the realm as he wanted, cloning all kinds of creatures from his mind along the way.
He formed mountains, lakes, and all kinds of geographical wonders, and then let the phenomena continue their wonders alone.
This all happened immediately after Draco created his {Sinful Refuge} spell. Thus, everything was meticulously planned and prepared for when the hunt for worlds starts.
There were previously 22 subordinates under Draco, well, 23 if we count Joie's chosen one. Now, however, there were 49.
And most of them weren't worth mentioning, with their sole purpose being to conquer more worlds.
Draco wasn't planning on having his subordinates form groups among themselves. No, if he gave them so much power, then they better prove themselves and conquer as many worlds as quickly as possible, alone.
He wanted maximum proficiency, and he wouldn't settle for less. Though he trusted in his judgment, and if he were to choose someone to summon while keeping hundreds of others drifting away to reincarnate, then that meant he was sure they would add something to his efforts.
This was a fact he believed in.
The process of expanding Hestia wasn't something temporary; it was endless, and Draco wasn't planning on stopping it. What could stop it, however, were his own limits. With his high celestial-level Space authority, the Space phenomenon, chaos, and a couple of other concepts, he couldn't keep going endlessly, but he could still expand the size of Hestia more than a hundred thousand times.
All of this, within the confines of the roots of the Deva Tree.
If there were no confines, then of course he could expand Hestia endlessly, but Draco wanted to do all this, yet still keep the benefits the five worldly phenomena created.
And as ridiculous as it sounded, with his current capabilities, he could expand Hestia well above a couple thousand light years, which was far more obscene than one could put their mind into.
For Draco, however, this wasn't enough. He had to keep going. There will be thousands and then millions of worlds that will all be clustered inside this realm, and he had greater plans for it than just being a storage.
The Great Realm of Hestia would become something much greater than the Prison Realm. It would be the center of everything he conquers. All his subordinates, his worlds, his endeavors—they would all have Hestia as their source.
For Draco, it was much easier to just focus on a single thing than to try to control everything. Because of efficiency.
His goal was conquest, and to do that, he would use the quickest, most efficient method, and Hestia was something he needed to make sure none of his plans got destroyed because of something outside of his control.
