It gave Asmodeus the impression that the people who built this palace wanted to reflect the beauty of nature.

Yuina sat on a large red throne, her legs bent to the side as she pointed to the small sofa and table beside her.

"Please join me, Asmodeus... it's embarrassing to see you kneel like that."

"Are you shy, Empress?" Asmodeus teased her, his voice low and filled with a slight tinge of seduction. He did this purposely because he enjoyed the way her cheeks turned red while he spoke.

"How could I not be..." She stood up after responding to him.

She was gorgeous in her black dress, tight along her body. Yet also, she wore long elegant gloves over her delicate fingers.

"Then, let me come to you. My treasure."

"Ahh?!"

Before Yuina could react, her body lifted off the floor, and she felt weightless. Asmodeus then sat her on his lap while sitting on her throne; the Empress didn't refuse but instead wrapped her arms around his neck. "Y-You..." The lovely fox pouted while grabbing his waistcoat.

"Do you hate it?"

Asmodeus raised a brow after asking.

Yuina stared at his eyes for a long moment before turning away, hiding her blushing face. "I don't hate it..."

She started to become quiet but eventually leaned closer to kiss his cheek. The action made Asmodeus happy because it showed their changes didn't ruin their relationship.

"Oh, would you like some tea, My Empress?" He teased while caressing her soft cheek.

"J-Just sit with me... stroke my cheek and hug me tight... okay?"

'I've been so stressed; they stopped me from seeing you for two days. Even more when they discovered I am now expecting a child.'

'The maids and nobles are kind but strict!'
