“Yes! I will go there soon,” Guo Sirou said to her family. She then went straight to Haiqu with He Qisheng.

Wang Yao who was thousands of miles away did not know his medicine was so shocking to them. His life was as tranquil as usual. Taking care of herbal field, reciting passages from scriptures and practicing his breathing—these were all the things he did daily.

Suddenly, there were two notifications that the two missions had been finished and he had another new mission. There was a new formula and a pack of seeds beside the bonus points for the two missions.

Mission (Herb Garden, Part Two): Within ten days, 30 kinds of herbs should be planted without any repeats, including three kinds of licorice roots. There will be a random award and the punishment for failure will be to lose the following missions.

Wang Yao planted all the seeds that he bought from town and he also chose a suitable position to plant the seeds awarded by the system. Li herb: it was the name of the seed with the licorice roots that Wang Yao gained recently. It sounded common, but he could actually find it in the Catalogue of Magic Herbs.

“Li herb: resembles wormwood and there are red flowers. It can cure ulcer sores.”

He still needs three common medicinal herbs and two licorice roots even though he had planted all the seeds that he had. Wang Yao bought the two licorice roots from the medicine shop in the system to plant in the field.

The two licorice roots were ready for the formula and the name of the formula was Blood Deblocker Powder. The name was common, but it could activate blood and clean it of debris. It sounded common, but Wang Yao knew that the herbal medicine must be so powerful since there were two licorice roots.

“Ziyu activates the blood and lessens depression and clear out debris within the meridians in the body. Wuteng strengthens the muscle and the body.

These two licorice roots were planted and the rest of them were seeds of common herbs. It could not be bought in Lianshan so Wang Yao planned to buy some of them from the internet.

He read the books and compared with what he had known and then he made a list. He purchased ten kinds of seeds online. There were now 96 kinds of herbs in the field now.

That afternoon, he was reading Natural Classics when he heard barking from outside. He knew that someone went to the hill. The visitors were Guo Sirou and He Qisheng—they came for the herbal medicine, Regather soup.

“It takes 20 days,” Wang Yao said simply.

“Can you speed it up?” Guo Sirou asked.

“No.” Wang Yao shook his head.

Although he had some bonus points, he used half of them to purchase the seeds. Besides, the mission of Herbal Garden would need much more seeds for licorice roots in the future. The rest of the bonus points were not enough. He even needed to exchange them for the common herbs that he planted. He had no more points left to buy shanjing and guiyuan which were the ingredients to make Regather soup. He had to wait for the growth of the seeds.

“Okay, just 20 days then, thank you.”

“Yes.” Wang Yao smiled and agreed then he rejected the invitation of Guo Sirou to have a meal.

The next day, it was rainy and a bit colder.

Wang Yao answered a call that said that the vehicle he reserved was ready and waiting for him in Haiqu. He looked at the sky as he went down the hill with an umbrella. He told his family where he was going and then he took a taxi to the station in town. He was hit by a realization when he was going to go to Haiqu by bus.

He could not drive the car when he went to Haiqu!

Although he passed a driving license when he was free, he did not drive often. He had to ask his friend for help.

Wang Mingbao quickly drove to town with Zhao Yonggang who came to the shop with them before.

In the 4S shop, one black Touareg was parked quietly.

Having seen Wang Yao and his men, the manager served them personally and he was smiling. Wang Yao knew nothing about the vehicle, so his friends tested the car out for him.

The vehicle had no problem.

It was imported so it was reasonable for it to be expensive. Wang Yao paid for it with his debit card directly since many sales assistants were busy handling the insurance and other important things.

The manager found that Wang Yao didn’t know anything about license plates, so he offered to have the store handle it for him. Wang Yao agreed since he couldn’t have done it on his own.

Wang Mingbao looked at the 4S shop, then he drove away.

“Million dollar cars are so different,” He sighed.

It was very comfortable sitting in a car with four-wheel drive and good sound insulation.

“So, how about buying one?” Wang Yao asked.

“I am not that wealthy!” Wang Mingbao waved his hand in dismissal.

The road from Haiqu to Lianshan had been built recently. It was wide, but only had two lines, one in either direction, so there were not that many cars on the road.

Wang Mingbao found a place so Wang Yao could drive. Starting the vehicle and speeding up—he found that the vehicle was so great. There was no clutch, so he had no need to put it into gear. That was good; Wang Yao could master it soon.

Wang Yao treated them to a dinner when they came back to town and then he drove to the village. It was rainy and cold so there were not that many people outside. No one would notice that there was one more vehicle in the village. However, his mother was so happy. She joyfully watched the vehicle while she stood under her umbrella.

Wang Yao took something from his home and then he went to the hill. He prepared to cook at the hill so he wouldn’t have to go back down the hill if it was still rainy at night.

In the cold rain, the tall plants surrounding the herbal field waved along in the cold winter breeze. All the strains were green since the leaves were budding. Most of them had grown to form an obvious contrast in color against the withered and yellow leaves around the hill.

The rain stopped at dusk. The wind on the hill was very strong and the cottage was cold, but Wang Yao had a good, strong body from his Qi practice. Besides, he almost spent the entire day on the hill, so the cold meant almost nothing to him.

The next day, it was gloomy without any sunshine. The wind was whistling.

Wang Yao was going to take care of the herbal filed and then he started to exercise his Qi on the hill. He sat on top of the rock and the wind became much stronger since there was nothing around him to block it.

Wang Yao sat still to be integrated with the rock under him. The wind was whistling, and the Qi flowed through his body.

He recited the contents of Natural Classics and then he continued learning all kinds of content so he could have a further understanding of the meaning. He also had new knowledge about the basic methods of being self-renewed and inducing his Qi.

Soon, he could feel the arms moving slightly and then he felt the warm Qi go through his body.

Several wisps of sunlight pierced the clouds in the sky.

Wang Yao stood up and he could feel the warmth circling through his body. The wind around him didn’t seem that strong anymore and he also did not feel that cold.

It was almost 10 am. Wang Yao’s mother came up to the hill to say that she would go to town to see his aunt and uncle.

Wang Yao’s mother had three brothers and sisters. One of his aunts went to Jing city to enlist in the army and she came back one year later. His aunt and uncle lived in Lianshan and they would visit Wang Yao and his family many times.
