I Am A Legendary BOSS

Chapter 86 Lancelo

Chapter 86 Lancelo

The holy light dazzled him. The unicorn stood beside Annie as it gazed at William. It looked very confused.

"Unicorn?" William suddenly understood what this creature was. He had only seen this mysterious animal in videos. He also knew about unicorns and their endowments through videos.

Unicorns were much rarer than dragons.

The value of this mysterious animal was also higher than that of dragons.

Annie was barefooted and said, "Yes. Lulu seems very interested in you. Thus, she came to see you!"

"Lulu?" William took off his shoes. But just as he was about to walk over, the white and flawless unicorn's eyes immediately widened. It was staring straight at his legs.

"Oh, brother! What's wrong?" The prince was unhappy. They were both elves. And although he was a half-elf, his feet were not smelly.

"What the hell! What's with that gaze?" William tried to pet the head of the unicorn. But before he could touch it, the unicorn tilted its head and sneezed. It was a look full of disgust.

"..." William was in deep thought. He checked the unicorn, and found that it was only a few levels higher than him. To be honest, we both of Legendary bloodline. If it had skills but did not conceal itself, let's fight!

"Don't mind this. Lulu is always like this. It does not like anyone other than me touching it. It won't even allow people to see it!" Annie smiled. "I think only grandpa Band has seen it."

William did not pay attention to the unicorn. Instead, he asked, "Is she a female horse?"

"Woosh!"

A blinding ray of white light brushed past William. The swift attack had produced a strong wind, causing his hair to fly in the wind.

William pouted in disdain. He knew that this attack had not hit its target...

Annie consoled the unicorn. She seemed helpless as she explained, "I simply gave it a feminine name. Unicorns have no gender. Furthermore, Lulu is not a horse."

"That's right. I'm not a horse. How can a mighty unicorn be compared with an ordinary horse?"

Suddenly,

A voice came. The unicorn was speaking in human language.

Interestingly, this white horse did not open its mouth...

William was stunned for a moment. Luckily, he had experienced many things and knew that most magical beasts with Legendary bloodlines had this ability.

Thus, he started to lavish praise. "Yes, Yes. You are not a horse. I think that you are totally unrelated to a horse. You look completely different!"

The unicorn gradually narrowed its eyes. It felt as if the half-elf in front of it was lying...

But it could not see through his thoughts. How detestable!

Furthermore, it did not believe that this man was pure and compassionate. But... it could not use its mind-reading abilities.

William was too lazy to explain to the white horse. It was no big deal even if this unicorn did not care about him. All he wanted to do was to increase his affinity with Annie.

But just as he was about to walk to Annie, something happened. He accidently touched the bottom of the unicorn.

It caused the Unicorn to have an uncontrollable fury. It raised its front legs and was about to rush towards William.

But Annie stepped in between them. She looked unhappy, and spoke in a low tone, "Lulu, don't cause trouble!"

The unicorn repeatedly tilted its head and sneezed. It glared at William. Then, it brushed its tail over where it had been touched. Finally, it turned invisible and disappeared.

"Hmph. I just touched it. It's not like its flesh will drop off." William laughed. He felt that touching a unicorn was a greater achievement than chatting with Annie.

He did not manage to obtain much information from the insight, but mysterious creatures like this naturally had high luck.

He could not cancel out the negative results that Fiu Roeser would bring back. On the contrary, there may be a rebound.

Of course, these were all just uncertainties.

"But I would rather believe that it exists. I haven't found out those who died because they dug their own graves!" William and Annie tried to make conversation. After all, he had achieved his goal. He did not have many common topics with this princess either.

Not long after, Annie had gained a few magical crystals, and she watched William depart. Her gaze was full of surprise.

Or, there was another reason behind this gaze.

She could not understand William's intentions behind coming here.

"Was it because of his promise from back then?" Annie talked to herself. Back then, she had joked around. 999 magical crystals were not worth much to the current City of Dawn.

She was so touched that no words could describe her feelings. She was overwhelmed...

The unicorn had reappeared, and this time it was silent. It could not figure out William's intentions either. In essence, the unicorn felt that this half-elf was very different from other Elfin prices.

In the darkness of the night,

Along the border of the Blackleaf forest, three people were running wildly. All of them were covered in blood. Two of them had frightened looks, and their eyes were full of fear.

The knight, still having maintained that radiant look, pulled his companions along with him and ran forward with determination.

It was as if a massive threat was pursuing them.

But in a primitive forest where they could not even see their hands in front of them, they could not see what was chasing them.

But even when they saw the dazzling City of Dawn, they realized that the threat behind them had grown bigger and bigger.

The fearless knight stopped. He slowly turned around and shouted to the rest of them, "Go to the City of Dawn. Hurry up. They do not dare to go over. Furthermore, their is a fortified Temple of Light in the city. I will hold them back for you.

"Don't forget to tell my mother that like father, I died with glory!"

"Lancelot... are you crazy? You are really crazy. You cannot stop them." One of the knights stopped and shouted. But he did not hear any response. He clenched his fist nervously, and then, he turned around and continued running in sorrow.

He knew.

All three of them knew.

Someone had to hold them back.

If no one did, all three of them would die...

The other two knights had become full of fear. They also hated themselves for not being brave enough.

They had betrayed the rules of a knight!

They could not face a powerful enemy without fear. They were not courageous and loyal, and they were afraid of death.

They were proud Temple Knights. But when the enemy killed a dozen comrades,

They only thought of how to run away. Their hearts had become full of fear.

Lancelot did not complain that his comrades had put everything else aside and ran away. Even among the Temple Knights, many of them were afraid to die. But they had done enough.

"I, Lancelot of the Temple Knights, will fight against the darkness with honor!"

Saying his words,

Lancelot took a deep breath. He gripped his sword with both hands, charged into the darkness, radiating the last rays of light!
