Chapter 42: The Yellow Mellow Sect, Elder Xing Yi
...…
"This is where my father told me to go if anything ever happened to him, but he never told me exactly why he wanted me to stay here…" Yang Hua mumbled, her big green eyes focused on the large sign and the countless colorful buildings that made up the Yellow Mellow Sect.
"..."
Azmodeus looked over at the melancholic aura permeating around her as he lightly sighed before saying, "Well, there is one thing I know, and that is that we have visitors."
FWIP! FWIP!
Following his proclamation, a few figures in flowing yellow robes materialized from thin air.
There were a total of four of them; two were male and the other two were female, and all of them were at the very minimum in the 8th Stage of Qi Condensation.
A Rank 2 Sect really is in a different league than a Rank 1 Sect like the Yang Sect…
Azmodeus was sure that these unknown people weren't even the highest-ranking members of the Yellow Mellow Sect, and yet they were already in the 8th Stage of Qi Condensation.
He flipped his neutral gaze across all four of them before asking, "I'm assuming that you aren't here to kick us out?"
"..." "..."
The four figures looked at each other for a second before they lightly laughed. One of them said, "You truly are a quick-witted one, aren't you, Azmodeus? But you are correct, as we are not here to kick out the daughter of a man whom our ancestor owes a favor to."
The one who spoke was a woman with her long black hair braided and tied into a bun. She was wearing a classic yellow and brown changseo with a relatively opulent design.
Her body could be considered well rounded, as all her curves seemed to be molded in all the right places, making for a tight and enticing fit when pressed up against her dress.

"Ow… What was that for?" Azmodeus asked while looking down at the cute girl who was pinching his left side.
*Humph!* Yang Hua let out a soft snort before murmuring, "You big dum dum!"
After which, she turned her head away from him while lightly tapping the ground with puffed-out cheeks.
Azmodeus watched the silly actions of the girl he promised himself to watch out for, as he felt a little exasperated.
This girl might just be the death of me even before the Twilight Assassins get a hold of me…
Nevertheless, he looked toward the approaching woman as he walked up to her and extended his hand while saying, "It's very nice to meet you. It looks like you already know who we are, so I will keep introductions short and ask you if it's alright if we can apply as Outer Disciples of the Yellow Mellow Sect?"
"Hmm… Just like the old man said, you truly don't speak like your age," the woman mused with an unknown glint flashing past her crystal blue eyes.
"You know what? I'll do you one better and have you both become my Direct Disciples; however, you will need to do something for me first," she added with a small smile.
Azmodeus truly didn't trust that look on her face, but he still responded, "We can do anything necessary, as long as it doesn't go too overboard."
*Clap!* The lady clapped her hands before she said, "Very well, then let us get right down to it! I need you both to take out a group of bandits that have been hiding out in a corner of Yellowcreek City. That old man has told me you possess quite the set of skills when it comes to tracking, so this job should be easy!"
"Oh! And by the way, my name is Xin Yi, but you can just call me sister Xin," she added with a light giggle.
Isn't she a little too old to be considered my sister-?
WAAA!
A dangerous aura was unleashed from that well-endowed figure of Xin Yi's as the thought wasn't even able to form inside Azmodeus's head.
"You wouldn't happen to be thinking of anything that could sour our relationship, would you?" She asked with a raised brow.
"...Of course not; I was simply thinking how beautiful you were for your young age," Azmodeus replied, a few beads of sweat drizzling down his forehead.
"Ho~? You are quite the smooth talker, aren't you~? Although I hate to bring it to you, I'm not interested in young boys!" Xing Yi responded as her aura and expression were far more relaxed than before.
*Pinch!*
"Again…?" Azmodeud muttered while looking over at the chipmunk-like cheeks of the girl glaring at him.
"I-d-i-o-t! Humph!" Yang Hua grumbled.
It looks like this will be another exciting chapter in my story…
...
A few days passed in the blink of an eye.
A young boy in yellow/brownish robes was seen walking through a wide bog-like swamp with a low-hanging mist pervading the area for dozens of miles.
"Xing Yi said the next group of bandits was somewhere around these parts, but I don't see any sign of a bandit hideout being nearby…"
Azmodeus turned his nonchalant expression in every which direction. However, he saw no indications of there even being human life out in the bogs of Yellowcreek.
The only sign of intelligent life he could see were these giant lizards with six legs and pinkish-red skin that were leaping up into the air.
They did this so as to gobble up these multi-colored sparkling butterflies that populated the bog in great numbers.
"Hmm… Nothing but ten-meter-long lizards and human-sized butterflies… Nothing out of the norm, so where exactly is this hideout?"
He continued his search for nearly half an hour before eventually giving up and heading back in the direction of the Yellow Mellow Sect. He prepared to take a different Sect Quest instead.
However, just as he was about to cross the middle point of the bogs of Yellowcreek, a shiny metallic object was seen out of the corner of his eye.
*Wssst~*
A whistling sound followed not long after as an arrow head came spiraling in his direction!
