Is it wrong to become a scumbag?

Chapter 5

“It’s massive.”

This was Tsukasa’s first impression when he saw Hagun Academy. It might not be his first time seeing a huge building, but this academy was vast. He wasn’t sure how wide it was, but it was amazing that this academy could be built in Tokyo, considering the land price in Tokyo was expensive.

Tsukasa felt that his liver was hurt when he thought about the price of the land in Tokyo. He wasn’t sure how vast this academy was, but he was sure that it would need a lot of money to build this school.

“Right?” Touka smiled and said, “It is ten times that of Tokyo Dome.”

“Ten times of the Tokyo Dome?” Tsukasa murmured and was amazed that the League of Mage-Knights was really wealthy.

Mage-Knight Schools are schools that train upcoming student knights to become full-grown Blazers. There are a number of schools around the world, with just Japan having seven. Most schools do not have entrance exams, and any person with the qualities of a “knight” is accepted. Most schools require the students to pay tuition fees and other expenses, but there are also schools that do not require these fees.

Hagun is one of those schools that does not require these fees or other kinds of expenses that the students need to pay, making it ideal for poor students. However, Hagun is also stricter on taking in students, as new students require at least a general level of abilities and capabilities.

It was also because of this condition that Tsukasa decided to join this school, considering it wasn’t cheap to enter the Mage-Knight Schools.

Still, when Tsukasa saw how grand this school was, the more he realized how dangerous this world was.

Under this intuition, the students are trained to become qualified Mage-Knights. Then, after they graduate, they can return to society and acquire jobs or can be recruited into the police or anti-terrorism units that specifically oppose Blazers that abuse their powers.

In other words, once they came out from the schools, they would be treated as soldiers.

Tsukasa recalled the number of knights that had entered Kiriko’s hospital because of the injuries, and the numbers had reached thousands or more. He knew that to become Mage-Knights, meant he would dance with the danger, but even so, he wouldn’t stop and needed to enter this school to become stronger since he didn’t want to feel the helplessness of dying again.

“There aren’t many students here,” Tsukasa said after observing the inside of the school. Even though there were students, the numbers weren’t much.

“Of course, the school is still on spring vacation, so you won’t see many students.” Touka kept smiling as she held Tsukasa’s hand, leading him to the registration place, and said, “You’ll see a lot of them after the vacation.”

“I see…” Tsukasa nodded, then asked, “So where are we going now? Teacher’s office?”

“No, we’re going to the Director’s office,” Touka said.

“Director’s office? Why?” Tsukasa looked at Touka weirdly, wondering why they needed to go to the director’s office when he just wanted to join this school?

“It’s faster this way.” Touka pulled Tsukusa faster and said, “Let’s go, Tsukasa!”

“Okay, okay, you don’t need to be in a hurry,” Tsukasa said helplessly as he let her pull his hand. ‘There’s no protagonist, huh?’ He thought that he would be able to see the protagonist, but it seemed that his luck wasn’t good.

‘Well, it isn’t like I’m in a hurry.’

Tsukasa sought to become stronger, so of course, he wanted to try to challenge the protagonist, but he wasn’t in a hurry and knew that sooner or later, he had a feeling that they would clash their swords in the future.

As they walked, they arrived in front of the magnificent panel door, and Touka didn’t hesitate and knocked on the door. “Director-sensei, I’m here.”

“Touduo? Enter.”

A woman’s voice was heard from inside, and after hearing that voice, Touka opened the door.

As the door opened, Tsukasa directly ignored all the luxurious interiors of this room, whether it was a cashmere carpet, a chandelier, sandalwood interiors, or even a massive terrarium inside the office. Instead, his focus had always been on the woman inside the room.

Tsukasa could smell that this woman was strong, but at the same time, she was gentle and beautiful. He rubbed his nose slightly and felt that sometimes his nose was a source of trouble since from the smell of this woman, he could tell that this woman was a bit frustrated.

As for the source of that frustration, it was better not to talk about it.

“What’s wrong, Toudou?” The woman asked as she lifted her head, but her movement stagnated when she saw the boy next to Touka. Her face flushed slightly, but then she quickly thought of her husband and her daughter, trying to calm her mind. Still, it was her first time to someone who was as handsome as this young man.

The woman wore a black professional woman suit with her hair tied behind in a short ponytail. Her face was beautiful, and her body was slender, showing that she still maintained her body.

If Tsukasa had to describe the feature of this woman, then without a doubt, she was a perfect MILF. Still, even if this woman might have retired as a knight, he knew who this woman was.

The woman in front of them was the director of Hagun Academy and the former 3rd ranking Mage Knight in the KOK A-League, Kurono Shinguuji.

Some people might not know what the KOK A-League is, but in simple terms, it is a competition that is organized by the League of Mage-Knight Nations to determine the strongest warriors of the League of Mage-Knight Nations.

In other words, this woman was super strong.

Tsukasa thought that if he had such a woman as his wife, then his life would be, without a doubt be, peaceful. He would retire and become a household husband without hesitation, becoming a loyal husband who would wait for his wife to go home.

Unfortunately, Tsukasa saw a silver ring on the fourth finger of Kurono’s left hand.

Even though Tsukasa knew that his charm was strong, he didn’t think he could break the vow between husband and wife unless there was no love in their marriage.

“Director-sensei, I want to help someone to enter the school,” Touka said with a gentle smile.

“You mean this young man…?” Kurono looked curiously at Tsukasa with a tint of blush on her cheeks. Even if Touka didn’t enter the room with him, Tsukasa would attract everyone’s attention without exception because of how handsome he was.

His beauty was something that mortals couldn’t even imagine, and there was this mix of gentleness and regalness that gave a contradictory charm that made a married woman even attracted to him.

However, Tsukasa didn’t realize that since he was preoccupied with many things on his mind now.

“I sent you his registration form in the email, right?” Touka said.

“Kugayama Tsukasa?” Kurono murmured, then searched the data on her computer before she looked at Tsukasa in surprise and asked, “Um, you’re the Magus?”
