Chapter 186: All in their own troubles, life continues unconcerned
Yanchan walked through a shadowy forest, wondering about savages and his new savage magic. A cool breeze kissed his cheeks.
There were seven kinds of Savage Magic in the world that a Savage could inherit.
A weapon creation savage magic—Bow, Sword, Spear, or any of that variant. This was the most attack-oriented savage magic, too.
Then, there was Glass Dome Savage Magic. This was the defensive-oriented savage magic, used to create a dome of thick glass around oneself or others. This was also one of Yanchan's two savage magic.
Then, there was the movement-oriented savage magic—Aura Teleportation. One could teleport anywhere they wanted using a left-behind bit of Aura marking. In his battle against the Teleporting Archer, Mark had learned how deadly this Magic was.
Then, there was the healing-oriented savage magic—Blood Healing. It was a Savage Magic that required one to create a store of blood in their heart to help others and themselves heal. But that was not much of a pay; the blood could as well be animal blood and the ability would still work.
Then, there was the support-oriented savage magic—Nullification. The ability to explode oneself and nullify all magical abilities of an enemy target. This Magic would have killed a normal person upon first use, but savages wouldn't die unless their mask was destroyed and the exploded could be healed after exploding.
Next was the senses-improving savage magic—Eye of Heaven. Savage magic exclusive to Gold Lords. The ability to split open the very skies and turn them into your eyes would cover a wide area and could be used to scout and prepare.
Those eyes had detected Mark himself. But of course, it was inferior to the Soul Sense that demons possessed.
Next, and the final, savage magic that a savage could inherit was a weird one. Another Gold Lord exclusive. It was a concealment-oriented Magic; the ability to hide. But that was not all about it. Due to how weird it was, rarely did any Gold Lord absorb it as their ability.
Elemental Meld.
It was an ability that would allow you to transform your body into a natural element of your desire. Water, Fire, Metal, Earth, or Wood. One savage could only turn into one Element, but if they turned into an element, it was nearly impossible to sense them for another creature of their level.
Who could tell a normal fire apart from a savage that looked exactly like normal fire?
This was thus a weird ability of concealment. But, this Magic had a big drawback. When you transform into an element, you completely lose your sense of self and meld into nature—deep down, you start believing you were just fire, water, or whatever.

Nobody would want an ability like that unless they wanted to be scouts who enter deep into enemy territory. After all, even without a sense of self, they'd remember what they saw while acting as an element. Or…
The youth licked his lips.
When the Eye of Heaven—an ability that boosted senses and Ego—was paired with Elemental Meld, it would cancel out its drawback. If a scout used both Eye of Heaven and Elemental Meld together, they would be true, invincible scouts.
They could meld into the element of Earth and act like the land below an enemy's feet, meanwhile, their Eye of Heaven could stare down at everything and report it. All in all, savages only lacked a decent communication method to be called the perfect predator race of the wild.
Hehe…
If his guess was correct, the Will of the World helped them communicate in a sense, too.
Curious, he touched his third eye.
Ah, I can feel it. There is a piece of the Savage World's Will within me.
Yanchan jumped across a wet boulder but his legs slipped against the moss, making him fall butt-first onto a dirty stream. "Ah, my clothes are all wet. Fuck."
Standing up, he stretched and began walking again, thinking.
Tier 3 Low-level Savage Magic—Glass Dome.
"How strong," he muttered, touching the Glass Dome that had appeared around him. This was one of his savage magic, and it was already a Tier 3 Low-level attack even though he was just a Tier 2 Pinnacle Savage.
The Mask of the Savage elevates it.
Once a savage begins his path as a Bronze Savage, he could inherit one Savage Magic, but it wouldn't be really functional for them. Sometimes, it would work as they intend it to, and some other times, it would outright not turn on.
They had to train it for years to get it functioning as naturally as demonic tricks worked for demons. But, there was a shortcut to these years of training—becoming a Golden Savage. To a Golden Savage, using savage magic was as easy as drinking water or breathing.
There was no need to train.
While walking, he touched a tree bark on the way, dipping a bit of his Aura into it. Then, he walked for about a minute before he used his second Savage Magic.
Aura Teleportation.
His figure blurred and he returned to the tree he had marked within a fraction of a second. He teleported—and teleportation was faster than any movement ability there could be.
"But I can only mark one thing with my aura at a time…" He rubbed his jaws, smiling. If his main body with all its preexisting abilities got the Mask of the Savage and these two Savage Magic—Glass Dome and Aura Teleportation—he would become unstoppable.
Yet, I don't think it would be that easy.
For one, he had to complete the Dream Gamble and bring Yanchan's sister here. Second, he would only be allowed to ask for one thing from Yanchan according to the rules of the dream gamble, and probably, he would face some issues if he wanted all three things.
Mask of the Savage, Aura Teleportation, and Glass Dome.
He marked a small rock with his aura and juggled it in his hand, then, with all his incredible strength, threw it at the sky. The rock pierced into the night sky and right before it began falling, he teleported into the air and began falling towards the ground himself.
Air blasted against him as he grinned.
My Mindpower is empty….
But so what? He had the world on his side!
The hidden Will of the Savage World inside his Third Eye throbbed and suddenly, a sleek mask appeared around his face. Mark could sense the Mindpower of the World itself when he was wearing the mask, and he breathed in.
Whoosh.
His exhausted Mindpower was filled back into full health!
So this is how being helped by the world feels like.
He caught the rock that was falling along with him and threw it down to the land. Then, he fell slowly, enjoying every second of it. When he was close to the land, he teleported, appearing where the rock had been thrown.

Meanwhile, in a different world.
The sun harshly painted upon Choi Sung's face a grimace. The desert around him shimmered in the heat and light, while the cloudless sky had eagles flying circles.
He was currently surrounded by ten women, each holding a slender sword in their hand.
"I didn't like you from the start, Lady Choi!" a woman shouted. "And today, you will not escape!"
Choi Sung's eyes grew gloomy. "You bitch, if I die, I will bring you with me."
The other nine sneered while the one woman Choi Sung yelled at took a step back in a fluster. He laughed, blood dripping down his delicate face.
"I might have become a woman, but how dare you involve me in petty conflicts like this." They were just jealous of the attention that strong cultivators—men—gave him. He was too beautiful of a woman and other women were too jealous; some nasty ones were jealous enough to have surrounded him, ready to kill.
A blue fire burned around him, turning the desert near him into a frozen land.
A woman with a nasty smile said, "He can turn his fire both cold and hot, don't let him attack you with it. Use defensive Daoist methods."
Just as they were ready to attack, Choi Sung suddenly took out a jade tablet from his bosom.
"Bitches, do you think I have no escaping methods?"
This was the jade he had gotten from one of the young masters who had coveted his beauty. Even though he bluntly rejected the man by revealing the fact about his gender—Bitch, I am a man!
But even then, that young master had gifted him this jade tablet. He crushed it with a cold face and suddenly, two wings appeared behind his back.
"Until now, I could never cultivate. I am too weak as a mere C-rank Hunter, but one day, I will cultivate and return—then I will fry you all and dedicate your flesh to the demons!!"
"Hmph, where will you escape to?" One woman jeered, sword raise. "Our array is surrounding this place and the only escape route is towards the Thousand Death Jungle. Even strong cultivators and Demons burn when they reach into it and never return, do you dare Lady Choi?"
Choi Sung spat at the woman's face and flew away, heading into a gloomy jungle surrounded by darkness. The women all smirked.
"She's over."
