Chapter 4172: Beldar’s Cement

Chapter 4172: Beldar’s Cement

Soon, I reached the place.

It had taken me more than three and a half hours, but I did it.

It is an anomaly in place. Where everything is bleak and broken, this building is standing tall without even a crack in it.

It is a large, single-story square building with huge carved columns.

There were many options, but I chose this one because most of them were about strengthening or the stuff, I don't need.

This one offers what I need.

I walked toward it and soon, reached its door. Its iron doors are thick and powerful. That evenNôv(el)B\\jnn

if I attacked it with all my strength, I wouldn't be able to do anything to it all.

I looked around, before placing both of my hands on the door and pushing it.

It took considerable strength, but I opened it.

I looked ahead, and there was nothing in front of me. If I want to see what is inside, I will have to go inside and that's what I did.

I stepped inside through the white screen and appeared in a dark space.

It's not a limbo space where I stay for a moment or long, but an actual space with darkness. Unfortunately, I can not see through it.

My powers are sealed.

I was looking around, when the space lit up, or rather, the things began to appear in it. Fractals, colorful fractals.

At first, their numbers were small, but soon, more and more appeared till they were everywhere.

It took a few seconds before they had stopped.

"Create Vasalavis Image. Reward Beldar's Cement," I heard, and a appeared on my face.

'The reward hadn't changed,' I thought.

Beldar's Cement is an amazing resource, that every artificer wants. I need it especially with the kind of abode I want to forge.

This cement works really well with the space. Enhances the bond with space and the thing holding it. It was the thing I searched for the last time, but not something I could get.

It is far too rare and those who have it didn't reveal it.

If I had the thing; my abode would have been better than it is right now. With the forbidden power, I would have been able to take its power to the next level.

I pushed those thoughts away and looked at fractals.

The clock had already started, and I was wasting precious time thinking about useless things.

I have to create a valasvis image of these fractals.

In a general sense, these fractals are a puzzle, and I have to create an image.

I couldn't even cheat.

It has a serious level of suppression here. That even Peak Primes with laws would get suppressed. I couldn't cheat through this suppression, even with more forbidden power in

me.

Which is kind of regrettable, but I don't mind. It is fun this way.

I took a deep breath and focused.

My eyes moved toward the fractals, looking at each and every one of them. I looked at each piece until I was satisfied. I do not care how much time it takes.

Over an hour passed, and I looked through everything.

By the time I reached the last piece. I have found the centerpiece. It is the most important piece.

Others have a different opinion and choose the other pieces as their starting point.

I brought the piece in front of me and then turned to the other pieces.

I looked and thought.

A few minutes later, I brought another piece and then another.

Each piece is an incomplete equation. The more you bring, the more complete it will become, but it's not easy.

There are thousands of pieces around me, but I have only four in front of me. If I continue to spend minutes on each, I would never be able to solve it in the time, I have.

Still, I didn't hurry.

Patience is key here, as these pieces are civilians. I have to find the perfect pieces at each step. If I choose the wrong piece, I might not realize it before it's too late.

So, I am being careful. Picking a piece every few minutes.

Soon, over ten hours passed and there was no change, when a few minutes later.

A smile appeared on my face.

A minute after that, I picked a piece, and another minute later. I continued this for two hours when my speed increased again and now, I do not even want to pick up new pieces.

Slowly my speed got faster and faster with a puzzle in front of me getting bigger and bigger. The puzzle is the hardest in the beginning, as one barely has any idea about it but as more pieces accumulate. It becomes clearer and clearer, making things easier.

Time passed as more and more pieces gathered until there was only one remaining.

I brought it and connected it a huge fraction.

Buzz!

As I did it buzzed loudly with a shine.

There is no change occurred. Though a thing appeared. A shining grey powder in a crystal box.

I looked at it but didn't move to take it. The clock was still ticking. I could get the price and get or solve the fractal and get an even bigger price.

Nobody knows what it is.

It is without doubt people have got it. I am not that dumb to believe, that others weren't able

to do what I had been able to in the time I did.

I might not have if I had taken the aid of my clone, but now I do.

I stared at it for two and a half hours before raising my finger and touching the tiny square middle of the fractal and taking it to the end.

Buzz

Just as it buzzed and shone brightly, I could see nothing for a moment.

When the light dimmed. The fractal had disappeared. In its place is a crystal box holding grey

powder with shimmering purple granules.

Seeing it, my eyes widened before a big smile appeared on my face.
