Chapter 11
Investigative Findings
After everyone left, Qiao Ze picked up a piece of steak with his fork and put it on Qiao Yue’s plate as he asked mysteriously, “Little Five, you really have no special skills?”
Qiao Yue raised her eyebrows as she replied, “Uh-huh.”
Seeing that Qiao Yue was still not saying anything, Qiao Ze shook his head and sighed, “Come on, Little Five! It’s not good to be so secretive!”
The corners of Qiao Yue’s mouth curved into a beautiful arc. “Only people with secrets are pursued.”
Meanwhile, in Qiao Jing’s office on the fourth floor of the Qiao residence...
Qiao Jing read information about Qiao Yue repeatedly and frowned heavily.
Fighting and skipping classes in primary school, loitering at all kinds of internet cafes in junior high at the age of 13, and hanging out with bad friends every day after barely entering high school. And finally admitted to a lousy university.
“Master Jing, are you really going to let Master Yue attend Harvey Academy?”
When the assistant read Qiao Yue’s information, he was completely speechless. He never thought that the Qiao family would have such a family member.
Ever since he started working as Master Jing’s assistant, his perception of a genius had been altered. Who could have imagined that Master Jing could create a business empire at such a young age?
Not only Master Jing, but everyone in this generation of the Qiao family, including the young misses, were so outstanding that he dared not look them in the eye.
But now that Qiao Yue had appeared, it was as if he single-handedly pulled the Qiao family down from the heavens. Not only was he good at nothing, but he also skipped classes, caused trouble, and fought.
Compared to the assistant’s belittling of Qiao Yue in his heart, Qiao Jing’s opinion was the complete opposite.

Based on Qiao Yue’s behavior today, Qiao Jing didn’t think that he was anything like what the findings suggested.
“You’ll help him with the admission procedures tomorrow,” Qiao Jing said evenly.
The assistant’s face stiffened as he asked dubiously, “Master Jing, are you going to enroll him in junior high or high school?”
The only way he could think of for Qiao Yue to keep up with the class was to let him re-learn everything.
If Qiao Yue went to college directly, Master Jing would not be helping but harming him.
“Handle it as per normal.”
“Oh?”
The assistant had a blank expression on his face but he returned to normal under Qiao Jing’s cold glare.
“Yes, Master Jing,”
At this moment, Qiao Jing’s phone rang, and out came a female voice.
“Master Jing, we have the test results of the DNA samples you sent over. The two samples are related.”
“Got it.”
After ending the call, Qiao Jing saw that his assistant was still in a daze. He said, “You can leave now! When you pass by Qiao Yue’s room, tell him to come see me.”
“Yes, Master Jing.”
Qiao Jing’s special treatment made the assistant very curious about Qiao Yue. He also heard that this new young master killed Miss Qiao Xin’s snow wolf in the afternoon and escaped unscathed. Could this be the result of the young master’s skipped classes and fights?
Before the assistant could satisfy his curiosity, he saw Qiao Ze standing at Qiao Yue’s door.
The assistant could only hear their conversation when he got closer.
Qiao Ze said, “Xiao Yue! Just let third brother in! Third brother has so many questions for you.”
“Third brother, you have an early night,” said the young man in the room who was about to close the door.
“Mr. Qiao Yue?” The assistant hurriedly called out.
“Yes?”
Qiao Yue stopped closing the door and looked at the assistant in confusion.
“Mr. Qiao Yue, Master Jing wants you to go over.”
“Okay!”
Qiao Yue then closed the door to go to Qiao Jing’s office but he was blocked by Qiao Ze.
Qiao Ze lit a cigarette. The smoke was a little pungent and caused Qiao Yue to frown slightly.
“Are you close with second brother?”
Qiao Yue didn’t understand what Qiao Ze meant. She had just met Qiao Jing, so she didn’t know if they were close. But since Qiao Jing was protective of her, it wasn’t a bad thing to be close with him.
“Don’t be fooled by him. You’re just a tool for him to please Grandpa. Be careful that you don’t fall for him and end up being cast out by him.”
“What about you? Why are you cozying up to me?”
Qiao Yue asked indifferently. She didn’t care about the people here anyway. It didn’t matter if they were being genuine with her. After she fulfilled her mother’s last wish, they would part ways and never see each other again.
“Me? I’m just curious about you. I’m a curious person, and I always like to get to the bottom of things.”
Qiao Yue chuckled. “That’s all? You are not cozying up to me to please the old master?”
