Naval Gacha System: It's Time To Monopolize The Seven Seas!

Chapter 190: | 190 | Final Battle Part 3

The UNS Trinity of Solace plowed through the rough waves of the northern seas. It sailed onward with a ferocious determination, completely resolved in the battle up ahead. Behind the modernized battleship was the combined-offensive fleet, Spear of Longinus, also partaking in the upcoming naval clash.

Abraham calmly stood on the bow of the capital battleship, maintaining his uncaring attitude while the surging wind crashed onto his body. Yet, he remained immovable, his gaze only directed at the incoming fleet of Terra.

He observed them with scrutiny, scanning each and every naval battleship under their command with his enhanced sight. The fleet of Terra numbered around 113 Battleships. The massive silhouettes of their warships practically littered throughout the horizon.

'This will be tough battle.' The naval power of the Colonial Dominion wasn't to be underestimated. After all, it was amongst the reasons why they were able to maintain their authority throughout the islands of the sea region.

They would have heavily invested resources into their navy, bringing about the current naval strength of Terra. Not only that, along with over a hundred battleships would also be over a hundred War Masters.

At the moment, the United Navy were at a disadvantage against the fleet of Terra. But fighting in a disadvantaged situation were what they had been training for.

The edges of his lips rose as he took out the radio from his pocket. As he turned it on, a distorted screech left its metallic confines, though what followed was a voice from the other side.

*What are your further orders, Fleet Admiral?* It was none other than Charlotte, who calmly inquired. She stood coldly in the bridge of the UNS Trinity of Solace, staring at the vast fleet of their adversaries.

Hearing the questioning words of the Vice Admiral, Abraham smirked and responded. "We keep sailing forward, Charlotte. We must face them and fight. Our victory has already been determined by destiny. Prepare for battle."

When the words of the fleet admiral resounded in the bridge of the UNS Trinity of Solace, Charlotte couldn't help but grin as his words were what she had been waiting for quite a while now. A massive battle before them, and it gave her excitement.

*Affirmative, Fleet Admiral. Your orders will be relayed to the fleet.* She soon followed the fleet admiral's response, leaving him with a smile. The communication line between the two was then cut, and Abraham was met with the echoes of the rushing wind before him.

Charlotte glanced at the intelligence officers and relayed the orders of the fleet admiral at them. "Prepare for battle," Hearing what had escaped her supple lips, the intelligence officers moved fast and quickly scattered the orders throughout the Spear of Longinus.

She returned her attention to the vast armada of the Colonial Dominion of Terra, understanding that it would be a battle with sacrifice. Nevertheless, it was a fight that they couldn't turn their backs on. For they were the United Navy. Against enemy fleets, they could only move forward.

Alarms soon resounded throughout the interiors of several warships in the fleet. The spearhead formation propelling through the cold northern waters became sharper as various frigates coordinated to weapon-guiding system to the vast fleet before them.

The UNS Jaeger of the Blue Seas had been given the go to scramble their F-35B Lightnings onto the air. One after another, F-35s lifted off from the flight deck through the guidance of various air crews. Attack helicopters also left the deck of the Lightning Carrier, intending to face the nearby adversary fleet.

It was quite a scene as the fleet prepared for battle. Abraham could hear the hectic noises escaping from his warships, signifying that they were almost completely prepared from top to bottom.

"This will be the largest naval battle that the United Navy has ever fought in. I hope that we wouldn't lose too much." He muttered while closing his eyelids. Though, they quickly opened as the naval gun behind him rotated and pointed towards the nearest enemy battleship.

Without hesitation or delay, three 16-inch naval guns blasted its shell into the enemy battleship. *BANG!!!* The explosion that escaped its barrel resounded, but it didn't affect Abraham too much as his eardrums were much more harder to damage than ever before.

The penetrating shells of the naval guns pierced through the air and quickly made their impact onto the enemy battleship. The first shell was immediately intercepted by the shield, which caused it to break into pieces in moments. The second and third shell made a direct hit.

*BOOM!!!*

The enemy battleship exploded into thousands of pieces as a large chunk of what remained sunk into the cold waters of the northern seas. Its crew weren't given the chance to even jump overboard as the shockwave of the explosion might have crushed their insides into paste.

Abraham squinted his eyes and soon realized why the UNS Trinity of Solace remained in the water despite being the main fighting force in the battle of the northern seas under the command of Vice Admiral Charlotte. It was too strong, stupidly strong.

"Damn, quite a fireworks you have shown me." He smiled at his capital warship as it had held the crown of being the United Navy's strongest ship since its summoning. In a world with shielding, it was practically a direct counter through its displayed firepower.

The flames of fiery crimson glowed in the corpse of what remained floating of the former devastated battleship. Abraham merely looked at it for a short while before turning his attention to the vast fleet behind it.

The fleet of Terra seemed unbothered by the destruction of one of its battleship. After all, over a hundred of them remained even with the immediately devastation of their warships. While the UNS Trinity of Solace had firepower capable of penetrating through shields, it doesn't have the capacity to fight against a hundred battleships at the same time.

But... The capital battleship of the United Navy wasn't alone. Behind it was the vast armada of the naval organization, also partaking in the battle that was about to cover the entirety of the western shores of Terra.

The Admiral Gorshkov-Class Frigates soon opened their VLS capsules, unleashing a torrent of Kalibr anti-cruise missiles towards over three dozens of battleships in the naval theatre. Numerous trails of smoke soon covered the heavens as they pierced through the skies heading onward to their destination.

Abraham watched as the anti-cruise missiles made their impact onto their respective targets. One after another, radiance blinked and out as the shields of the battleships struggled to maintain their shielding against the torrent of missiles.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

What followed was several thunderous explosions resounded throughout the cold waters of the northern seas. Some battleships remained steady, resisting the assault brought about the frigates. However, many were successfully penetrated, having a part of their battleship blasted.

The crew aboard the damaged battleships were barely handling the blasts of the anti-cruise missiles. They ran all throughout, their bells ringing, along with their cries and shouts.

Bodies laid throughout their decks. Some corpses didn't have limbs, some only had limbs. It was quite a horrific sight, though the crew could do nothing but leave them behind as their ship was burning ablaze. They needed to take care of the fiery flames first.

However, the fleet of Terra quickly counteracted and changed their formation into a single-line one. Their broadside was now pointed at the Spear of Longinus, like the line volley strategy of an old era.

Abraham furrowed his eyebrows, though the UNS Trinity of Solace quickly changed its position, also pointing its broadside to the line of battleships merely a kilometer away from it. All of the nine 16-inch naval guns now found its barrels pointed towards its adversaries.

The complete firepower of the UNS Trinity of Solace was about to be in full display.

*BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!*

*BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!*

*BANG!!!*

All nine fired in succession, tilting the modernized battleship a little bit along the way. The UNS Trinity of Solace slightly trembled, but it maintained its form, undaunting in the face of supreme firepower.

Several penetrating shells pierced through the heavens and quickly made their impact onto the line of battleships. In mere moments, three battleships exploded into pieces like its first predecessor that had been sunk by the capital battleship of the United Navy.

*BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!*

*BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!* *BOOM!!!*

However, the fleet of Terra remained unimpeded by the destruction of its nearby battleships and began its counter attack. Its large broadside cannons quickly fired, ushering in a thunderous roar echoing all throughout the naval theatre.

*BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!*

Giant cannonballs were propelled forward at accelerated speed with the assistance of gunpowder and magic. One single cannonball was five meters in diameter, which was more than enough to cause critical damage on a UN Warship if directly hit.

These cannonballs, however, didn't have the precision of a missile. Most of them missed and splashed the waters near the frigates behind the UNS Trinity of Solace. One however made contact with a single frigate, bringing about an explosion in its stern.

*BOOM!*

"This is bad." Abraham furrowed his eyebrows and noticed a cannonball directly headed towards the UNS Trinity of Solace. No hesitation dwelled in his mind as he leaped towards the giant cannonball and punched it, breaking iron ball into multiple pieces, saving the capital battleship from damages.

Though... Now that he had made his leap from the bow of the UNS Trinity of Solace. His destination was onward, towards the line of battleships under the fleet of Terra.

He would be fighting alone within the line of battleships, though for some reason, a grin couldn't help but appear in his face. He was excited to be fighting, especially now that he had Superhuman in his grasp.
