Chapter 200: | 200 | Final Battle Part 13
Explosions resounded in the western shores of Terra. Two battlefleets of the United Navy and the Colonial Dominion of Terra clashed amidst the raging tides of the northern seas. Metallic warships pierced through the rough waves, bombarding at every direction like untamed monsters.
Giant medieval battleships also sailed through the vicious waters of the north, firing their massive cannons along with offensive spells getting thrown all about the battlefield of the western shores. It was chaos as the two sides didn't care enough to maintain their battle formation.
*BOOM!!!*
In a peculiar medieval battleship, Abraham made his landing with a cold expression plastered on his face. The crew of the battleship standing before him in the decks felt anxious and fear as the last ship this person landed on exploded into bits.
"I must say... The numbers game of the Colonial Dominion isn't to be underestimated." He took a deep breath and clenched his fist. Pulling his arm back, he quickly punched downward, hitting the wooden deck below him.
In a mere instant, the entirety of the medieval battleship exploded into tiny bits. It was as though its ammunition depot detonated in a blast.
Abraham watched as the medieval battleship he stood in slowly sunk under the embrace of the northern cold waters. The crew cried out for help, yelled out curses towards him. But an aloof expression remained on his face, uncaring of the deaths and devastation that shrouded the sinking warship.
"That's the third one." He muttered under his breath, glancing at the sinking battleships he had devastated with his knuckles. However, as he took a glimpse of the remaining medieval battleships of the fleet of Terra, he slowly furrowed his eyebrows. "And they are still numerous."
The Magus were troublesome as the runic shields of the medieval battleships were becoming difficult to penetrate with their influence. Not only that, their offensive spells were disrupting the guidance system of his warships, making some shots miss.
'I have to take care of them as much as possible.' He quietly thought to himself, and slightly entertained the thought of giving the R&D Department another project regarding anti-magic piercing projectiles. It would solve a lot of problems they have against the Magus of the Colonial Dominion.
Abraham quickly shook his head and threw his thoughts at the back of his mind. He jumped away from the sinking battleship and propelled himself towards the nearest one. It only took seconds for him to land on the deck of his fourth warship.
The Magus immediately surrounded him with their spells activated and pointed at him. They didn't hesitate as they cast offensive spells towards his direction. Fireballs, icicles, lightning bolts, and many more flew through the air heading towards him.
He easily dodged their attacks and dispatched the Magus near him by cutting their heads off with his bare fingers. He coldly glared at the remaining ones, who swiftly activated their defensive spells. Though, they seemed to have misunderstood. His target wasn't them, but their vessel.

Without any hesitation or delay, Abraham threw a punch towards the wooden deck of the medieval battleship. It cracked under pressure, creating a giant hole in the middle of the ship. The force of his knuckles penetrated deeper and destroyed the lower hull of the warship.
It didn't take long before the medieval battleship ended up like its predecessors. It brought about a resounding explosion that sunk the warship into the cold waters of the northern seas. The fleet admiral merely glanced at it for a moment, before turning his attention to his next target.
The medieval battleship in his sight was much more different than the first ones. The most unique thing about it was the simple fact that it was heading towards him, probably intending to take care of him. Not only that, it also has the least amount of Magus onboard.
"So, the big boss, huh? I guess that makes it easier." Abraham calmly remarked and leaped towards the incoming medieval battleship. As he made his landing to its deck, a dark tendril immediately shot at him, trying to pierce his heart.
But he immediately dodged it and gazed at the one who had casted the spell. He could feel that the Magus in front of him was much more different than the recent ones he had taken care of. The defensive spells scattered throughout their body was thicker and much more complex.
It would be difficult to penetrate, even with his indomitable strength.
Not only that, he also has to worry about what offensive spells this bastard may have in store inside their grimoire. High-ranking Magus tend to be problematic, according to the words of his lover. They have trump cards that they would use if death was in their doorsteps.
"Fleet Admiral Abraham Shepherd of the United Navy... I have heard a lot about your epics in the sea and against the Colonial Dominion of Terra. You are a heretic, a disgrace of humanity, the black horse." Archmagus Gunther began speaking with an arrogant and archaic voice.
"Along with the Dragon of Liberation, Laplace, you two have been a bane in the plans of the Sovereign. You two shall meet your execution, or perhaps only you. After all..." Gunther glanced towards the island of Terra where the meteor descended from the heavens.
"The Dragon of Liberation has already been executed by the three Apostles of Terra Firma. Quite an honorable fate, it is." The old man smirked at the fleet admiral of the United Navy, who stood in the wooden deck in silence.
"Interesting... You should be a comedian, you have a great talent at mocking yourself." Abraham muttered while coldly gazing at the Archmagus. He cracked his fist and slowly took off his fleet admiral's coat. "This fight will be personal. I'll make sure to give you an improper burial."
At that moment, Abraham disappeared from the spot, never to be seen or felt in the senses of both magical and physical. It was as though he hadn't existed to begin with, which made the Archmagus of the Magus Tower frown. After all, such technique was troublesome.
In an instant, the middle-aged man appeared beside him with a knuckle already beside his face. The eyes of the Archmagus slowly turned towards the fist that was about to hit his face. However, before a strike could be made, a spark gleamed and a barrier was immediately casted in-between.
"Impressive, indeed. Your physique goes beyond the limits of humanity. And to think you are a manaless human." Gunther remarked and conjured a hellfire, which was a flame that could never be extinguish once contacted.
Abraham furrowed his eyebrows and dodged the hellfire. It spewed out, burning the nearby crewmen who were unfortunately burned into crisped. Their bodies quickly became ashes, but even then, the hellfire kept burning.
He wasn't foolish to think himself as invulnerable with his seemingly endless power. After all, Laplace had already reminded him of his weakness against magicraft. It would be his fault if he was hit by whatever spell they conjure with mana.
However, he wasn't willing to let the old man take the scale of the clash. As he backed off for a moment, Abraham immediately began his counter attack. His fist flashed with radiance as he threw a punch forward. The air followed the directions of his arm and surged onward.
The Archmagus casted several defensive spells, but was thrown overboard from the pressure brought about by the surging winds. Everything behind the old man was blasted into chunks, prompting the medieval battleship to start sinking into the rough waters.
'This isn't done yet.' He thought as he gazed towards the direction where the Archmagus was thrown. A couple of seconds later, Gunther emerged once again, now flying in the air with his grimoire ruffling through several pages.
Abraham narrowed his gaze as a flying Magus was a troublesome opponent. But it was an interesting one, which made his heart somehow pound in excitement. "An old man like you should be down to earth. How about you return whence you come from?"
"The path of magicraft means the division of oneself to the mortal world. There's no need for us to be down to earth. After all, we, unlike you manaless humans. We have the opportunity to be beyond what we are." Gunther uttered, giving the fleet admiral a piercing gaze.
"I can see why you would think that. After all, magicraft is quite an intriguing study of manipulating reality. But there is also another study that goes beyond magic. And that is science. Instead of manipulating, we use reality for our gains." Abraham smirked, gazing at the Archmagus levitating in front of him.
"Unfortunately, you wouldn't be there to see a world enamored by it." He immediately disappeared from the spot and emerged behind the levitating Archmagus. A barrier quickly formed behind the old man, but the one behind him was but a mere apparition.
Gunther's instincts flared up, his senses screamed at him as he looked around with his cautious and scrutinizing eyes. Out of nowhere, a fist emerged in thin air and plunged onto his face. All of his barriers were for naught as they became broken like shards of mirror.
The Archmagus was thrown back and crashed into a nearby battleship after getting punched in the face. Abraham landed on the sinking medieval battleship with a smile on his face. After all, in the island of Terra was the transformed form of his lover, the Dragon of Liberation.
"It seems that your three Apostles aren't much compared to be problem dragon." He turned his arms, stretching them while feeling the pop in his joins. Since his lover had become serious, it was also time for him to do the same.
"I'll give you a good taste of what I can really do." Abraham muttered as the end of his fist gleamed with unparalleled radiance. A shriek echoed throughout the heavens and the earth as a tinge of black lightning arcs escaped his fist.
He gazed towards the medieval battleship where the Archmagus crashed and threw his greatest punch at it. A distorted sound followed along the shriek as the brilliance of his fist got brighter than ever before.
Along his glowing fist was the weight of an entire island, and all of it was pointed towards a peculiar direction in front of him. With this in mind, after throwing a punch, everything followed. Whether it'd be the battleships, the winds, the very sea, and the heavens above.
It only took one punch.
*BOOM!!!!!!!*
