Everybody's morale was high because of the win they were getting from defeating the waves of War Tortoise. It was obvious that they could defeat these Celestial Avatars and achieve triumph from it all.

The Super Railgun came into the picture where coordinates were being calculated in real time to ensure that it would have the best hit possible. Of course, it would be better if the Celestial Tortoise were to land on the beaches of Lyro for a better hit but they could not risk it.

If those War Tortoises were able to recover from deadly attacks, reviving from near death just by having its feet touch the ground, it would be unspeakable if Kurma was able to do the same as well.

Thus, it would be best that they handle the Celestial Tortoise as soon as possible before it touches the land. Even the Demon Sea Octopus had commanded the Sea Demons of Lyro to ensure that the tides were strong beneath Kurma to ensure that even if it got hit, it would still be floating right above sea level and not allow it to sink.

Sir Alan who was watching the entire scene from the highest vantage point the Sea Fortress was able to offer so that he would be able to see how the Celestial Tortoise would react. The Super Rail Gun's humming engines started to sound loudly under the generation of supercharging the metal shell.

Once ready, the operator did not hesitate to press the giant red button upon having confirmation that the hit would go straight into the head of the Celestial Tortoise.

The barrel boomed and smoke immediately popped out from it as the shell literally zoomed through the skies, breaking the limit of sound instantaneously right towards the unsuspecting Celestial Avatar. Just as the shell was close enough to Kurma, a wide magical barrier stood in between the shell and its target.

That was when Kurma smirked. He knew that there was no way the humans were able to break through its defensive barrier especially when Krishna, the Celestial Enchanter of the Dashavatara had buffed its stats further. It was an impossible task for the humans and it would take more than just a high speed travelling shell to destroy his barrier.

Yet, even as he smiled at the inevitability and futility of the possibly best weapon they could offer against it, the Celestial Tortoise noticed something that he needed to look at a second glance. It seemed like there was a crack in the barrier that he had conjured. "What?" Kurma instinctively put up a stronger barrier right behind it just in case it did crack.

While it was not uncommon for battle oriented celestials to destroy his first layer of barrier, this was unheard of from the humans.

Not to mention, the shell was not slowing down in any way. Suddenly as it rotates, a sort of booster ignited and enabling to continue pushing it against the wide magical barrier that Kurma had. Soon, it broke through the first and continued with the second barrier. At this point, the Super Rail Gun had already reloaded and sent out the second shell with the very same power and velocity.

Hence, the Celestial Tortoise had to contend with two shells instead.

At the same time, the Sea Demons who had been harassing the Immovable Foundation had started to send out waves of their own attacks but this time it was more coordinated since the Celestial Avatar was focusing on blocking the two propelling shells against it. Your journey continues at empire

What it did not know was that the shells that had been blasted out from the Super Rail Gun were customised meant to break barrier downs. They were not meant to be a one shot explosive shell that could destroy the entire sea region. These were called Anti Barrier Transformer Shells as dubbed by the System Science Department.

Their intent was to suck out the magic from the barrier causing it to be brittle. At the same time, it will repurpose the magical energy that it had absorbed into propelling the shell further so that if there are additional barriers, it would be counter intuitive to put up more of them.

They had tested this once against Peppers, their resident Mage Bellator, and self assigned Demonic Queen. It was extremely successful after tweaking several times as the System Science Department had managed to put in a small transformer engine inside the shell (Hence the name) and allowed it to work continuously until Peppers got sick of putting up barriers.

She said that it was extremely 'yikey' to continue maintaining the barriers as she knew how the shell was sucking more energy from her and causing it to be more powerful. The only way to stop such shells was actually easier than what people thought it would be. Because its purpose was to take in magical powers, it was simple enough to break it down by hitting it from the side.

Of course, that also meant that all the magic stored within the shell would kaboom right in front of the barriers. Thus, the only way to do disable it safely would be to break it down right at the start. However, if the Super Rail Gun had shot it out, allowing it to move at Mach 3-5 depending on its distance, there was no way one could stop it quickly.

And unfortunately for the Celestial Avatar, its greatest strength now turned into the greatest weakness it possessed because of the shell that came through. It will learn soon enough that Celestial power was finite and the title of Immovable Foundation could be shaken.
