Chapter 94: Wu Yange's Harem
Chapter 94: Wu Yange's Harem
With the sun's golden rays touching down on Hexie and cherry blossoms blooming releasing their sweet fragrance one could tell it was a good season to get married. The birds chirping harmoniously as though celebrating the union of Wu Yange, the eighth prince of Hepeng and Rong Zian, a god in disguise.
Though everyone and everything was approving of such a beautiful match designed by the heavens, there was one character who almost coughed out blood when she got the invitation. Empress Tao was so angry but couldn't make a fuss as she was wheelchair-bound courtesy of her soon to be in law. She was so ticked off with the entire situation but completely lost it when the betrothal gifts were delivered to the palace. "Such an insult that brat is even treating my son as the bride! Shameless, you all shameless!" she had yelled causing a scene in the palace.
The emperor had to forbid her from participating in fear that Wu Yange would actually end up killing his mother. She had misunderstood this awe-inspiring couple, they had come to an agreement which was to swap around roles that should have been the bride's. For instance, the betrothal gifts were for Wu Yange's prepared specially for him by Guang and Rong Zian would be the one in the bridal sedan.
Odd as it may have been, this how they chose to celebrate their love breaking the rules of tradition with the same goal in mind, that is to spend the rest of their lives together. The two lovers were separated by the emperor for an entire week, the reason being that the two couldn't keep their hands off each other and the old man was tired of being force-fed dog food everywhere he went.
He had Wu Yange's hands full, preparing the mansion the two lovers would soon call home with godly powers strictly forbidden. The emperor had scolded Rong Zian saying that sweet things in life come from sweat so Wu Yange has to sweat for it. Rong Zian was pouting the whole week sneaking to Guang's space to take a peek at his man who was hard at work. Today was one such a day where Rong Zian was mopping in the goddess' space feeling disgruntled.
"Can't you speed up time? Waiting really sucks," complained Rong Zian looking down at Wu Yange like a perverse stalker. Guang shook her head with a smirk on her face.

"You are more fuckin' powerful than I am. If you can't do it what makes you think I can?" she replied in a mocking tone while patting her son's head.
"Tsk..story of my life. Ah! Fuck it! I am going down there. Look at my eyes," he said pointing at his sunken panda eyes, "I have fuckin dark circles. I can't sleep without my Yan Yan!"
Guang was in stitches laughing at her idiotic son, "You are a god make them disappear, HAHAHAHA!"
"No! I know I can make them disappear but I want to make him feel bad when he sees me so he will never leave me alone ever again," replied Rong Zian sulkily laying his head on the table.
"Absence makes the heart grow fonder, I bet the..um..ahem.sex will be a thousand times better after waiting for so long," replied Guang with shifty eyes.
"So says the thirteen-year-old. What do you know?" he said pulling on his mother's pink pigtails but kept Guang swatting his hand away which was pointless because Rong Zian wouldn't stop.
"If I find something for you to do, will you stop pulling on my hair?" asked Guang protecting her hair from an enthusiastic Rong Zian. Her son jolted up in excitement, if he had a tail it would be wagging at light speed.
Guang brought forth decorations, food, wine and a sash written groom to be which she placed on Rong Zian. "I am throwing you a bachelor party, I am sure that will take your mind off Wu Yange. Here drink this," she said pouring the contents down Rong Zian's throat.
Rong Zian smiled happily as the liquor warmed up his insides, in no time he was tipsy. Guang's wine was just too brutal. "Mum is so fuckin nice hahaha. Thank you," he said with great difficulty making the goddess smile in a malicious way. Getting Rong Zian drunk was all part of her plan, it was time to get him talking.
She opened up a communication channel with Wu Yange so he could her Rong Zian's embarrassing confessions. Don't be quick to judge the goddess, she was doing it for their own good plus she was just too bored. "Ah-Zian, Ah-Zian. Have some more," she said whispering to him.
"Mm," he said with a drunken smile as he drank some more. "Here have some too we are in this together."
"Sure, sure," she said drinking a sip, "Baby, what would you do if Wu Yange decides to have a harem?" Wu Yange suddenly dropped the plans he was reading through when he heard Guang's voice in his head. His body went hot and cold when he heard the question.
"Mother, are you trying to get me killed? I would never do that," he spoke to Guang hoping she would stop starting a fire like a crazed arsonist.
"Shhh," she said to Wu Yange before turning to a hazy Rong Zian,
"I wo-would fuckin chop his balls off and.....and fuckin feed them to him. Harem may fuckin ass. I will burn all tho-those bitches!" he replied swinging his hands all over the place before collapsing on the floor made of clouds laughing.
"Have you ever thought about that fact that Wu Yange is mortal and you are immortal? Would you ever be able to live without him if you are like this in just a week," she asked with a serious look on her face. She was genuinely concerned for him and feared he might kill himself if anything was ever to happen to Wu Yange and she was right.
"I will fuckin die with him, where does he think he will be going without me?" he replied with a single tear escaping his eye. He and Wu Yange were in this for life, one couldn't live without the other.
Saddened by her son's response, she blabbed something she should never have said. "The fountain of the gods in the heavenly realm can make him immortal an-..shit l shouldn't have said that," she said before closing her mouth. She hoped the drunk Rong Zian would forget everything when he sobered up otherwise he might break into the heavenly realm defeating the purpose of the 'stay out my business and I will stay out of yours' speech he had made just a week ago.
