Reincarnated as the Son of Conglomerate

Chapter 14 Lion Or Sheep

Finally, Klaus returned to the Branch Office of Awakener Association in Manhattan. The atmosphere was still the same; crowded, busy, and hectic.

However, this time it was different.

Klaus no longer had to sit for hours waiting for his turn, because the second test was an exam. The participants underwent the test in groups.

He and forty-nine other uncertified awakeners sat in a room filled with rows of tables and chairs.

The atmosphere was tense. Everyone in this room looked nervous; some people were reciting, some people were shaking their legs, and some people were twirling their pens. This test felt like an SAT exam.

Unlike the other participants, Klaus was confident that he could answer all the questions.

When it was 9.50am, two invigilators entered the room, they gave each participant a sheet of answer paper and questions.

"The exam begins."

The participants immediately opened the question papers after the supervisors gave the green light.

The test consisted of 100 questions. 40 questions were about basic dungeon knowledge, 35 questions were about IQ tests, and the remaining 25 were extrapolation questions. They had to complete it within an hour.

Time flew, the bell rang, signaling that the time limit was up.

The participants breathed a sigh of relief after completing the second test. They left the room and waited for the test results in the courtyard of the building or a nearby cafe.

Thanks to technological advancements, test results came out within thirty minutes and were sent to each participant's smartlink.

[Congratulations! You passed the second test of the awakeners certification.]

[Minimum score : 60 Points]

[Your score: 97 Points]

Klaus raised his eyebrows as he saw the test results.

"Well, I'm not as smart as I thought," he muttered. He had thought he would get the full score.

After making sure he passed the second test, Klaus went to the third test site without wasting any time.

If the first and second tests were still in the same building, then the third test took place in the gymnasium. It was two blocks away from the Awakeners Association office.

The gymnasium looked like a soccer stadium, massive and able to accommodate a lot of people. There was a large empty area for parking vehicles in the vicinity.

Although it was called a gymnasium, it's actually a place for awakeners to have sparring practice.

Several awakeners in training clothes or tracksuits could be seen going in and out of the gymnasium, carrying replica weapons made of wood or carbon fiber.

Inside the gymnasium, the corridor was narrow, only three meters wide. The base was concrete, the walls were painted yellow, and along the hallway white lights were brightly lit.

After taking care of the test order number, Klaus went to the locker room.

The locker room had an area of 5 square meters, with iron lockers lined up on each side, and several long benches. Right at the corner of the room, there was a bathroom for the awakeners to rinse off.

He put his stuff into a locker and changed his clothes.

As Klaus was tying his shoelaces, suddenly, an almost naked woman casually came out of the bathroom.

Her body was drenched in water and her smooth skin looked as exotic as the color of milky coffee. She had black hair in a ponytail and a pair of shiny amber eyes.

Not a single piece of clothing clung to her body other than a pair of black panties and a small towel draped around her neck, covering her two massive breasts.

Klaus saw the beautiful view of the twin mountains and peaches.

"Nice body," he said with a thumbs-up.

Instantly, the locker room was filled with the sound of screams. That woman furious, raised her hands in the air, and the objects around her went flying. Trash cans, benches, dust, and even even some lockers.

Nevertheless, Klaus remained seated calmly.

"What are you doing in a woman's locker, you pervert! Get lost before I burst some testicles!" The woman sounded serious in her words.

"Relax, I think you entered the wrong room," he replied calmly. Klaus pointed at her. "Be careful when using [Psychokinesis], I can see your twin mountain peaks."

That woman did not realize that the towel around her neck was floating due to the effect of her power. She blushed, instantly covering her enormous breast, and at the same time, the objects floating in the air fell down.

"You pervert!" she cursed, after that she ran to the other side of the room.

Klaus shook his head and just walked away. As he opened the door, the woman suddenly appeared with her body already covered in clothes. She was wearing a yellow tank top and black shorts, her hand holding a bamboo sword.

"I'm not done yet, don't tell me you want to run! I'll beat you up and send you to Jesus!"

"But you told me to leave."

"Shut up!"

Faced with that raging woman, Klaus did not immediately respond to her, he remained level-headed.

Klaus sighed in annoyance. "Like I said earlier, I think you entered the wrong room. I didn't know you were in this room."

"Bullshit!" The woman snapped. "You messed with the wrong person."

Just as she was about to jump up to attack him, Klaus flicked his fingers at her, and she fainted instantly.

"[Sleep Waves] are indeed very versatile in this world."

At the same time, dozens of people entered the room. They were staff of the Awakener Association who were in charge of organizing the third test for certification test.

They were shocked to find an unconscious woman lying on the floor.

"We heard screaming, what happened?"

"That woman entered the wrong room," Klaus replied casually. "She panicked, then I put her to sleep."

The staff looked inside the room, and then they understood the situation. They carried the woman out while Klaus simply left the locker room as if nothing had happened.

Klaus peacefully walked to the venue, thinking that he would never see her again. However, fate always worked in mysterious ways.
