Chapter 219 - 219 chapter 213
219 chapter 21Listening to his master’s outburst, Bao Hu stumbled back. “Master, this has nothing to do with your father. He—he loves you so much. Please don’t misunderstand him...please,”
“Then how do you expect me to interpret this? HOW? you two are his accomplice. And you two wanted to hurt my lover,” Xia whispered. Long laid in his arms with his hair ragged and scars all over hair face. he caressed the dragon’s forehead and softly kissed his eyelid. “Why.....why do you all hate him? Because he’s a prince? But he has no choice in his birth....so why do you all detest him so,” he sobbed, hugging him softly.
Only his warm breath caressing his chest indicated him as alive. The little crayfish had never seen him so...so weak. “Baby...wake up please.....” he whimpered.
but the dragon did not move.
“It’s all because of me.....because I’m a demon,” Uncontrollable sobs racked through his body.
Boa Hu stumbled towards him and knelt down. “Master please.....please don’t cry..I’ll—ill not hurt him anymore.so please.....don’t cry. I can’t watch you being so.....hurt,” he whispered wiping away his rogue tears. His heart ached just at the sight of his tear.
‘it was is like before. master sobbed like this when Wei Long lost his arm. Can’t anything be changed?’
The demon wiped his eyes again. “But master....he killed you. How could I let him near you again? Just looking at him makes my heart burn..... master I can’t watch you die..... I can’t. That’s why I....we are trying so hard,”
A serene silence followed after he uttered the truth....the truth that the seven demon lords have been hiding for so long.
.....
“What do you mean, he killed me?” Xia whispered softly.
Boa Hu crawled closer and held his hands. “He—in his previous birth he killed you, master. we did not expect it... no one did....not even your father. everyone trusted him, but he literally stabbed you in the back. so master please leave him in this life when you can.... or this man will kill you again,” he whispered urgently.
Sniffing, Xia softly removed his hand from his hold. “So you are saying that you did this all because...of something that happened in my previous life?”

“Yes! Yes!”
“All this because you were uncertain of the future,” Xia whispered with a wooden look.
Bao hesitantly nodded.
Xia started tearing up again. “You hurt him because of that you....you monster. why do you think I would care about my previous life? all I care about is my present life WITH HIM. I don’t want anything more. please all of you stop hurting him, because you hurting me in turn,” he sobbed.
His warm tears rolled down his cheeks, wetting Long’s eyes.
Boa Hu stuttered. he did not know what more to say.....what more to do. With a defeated sigh, he wiped his own tears away. “Master please move. Let me heal him,” he whispered.
Xia hugged him tight and shook his head. “I don’t trust you,” he whimpered.
This broke the demon’s heart to pieces. He held his aching heart and whimpered. “Master, that hurt me more...than any mortal wounds. I was born for you and I live just to protect you. Please don’t say such cruel words,”
Xia did not even give another glance at him. He took out his space pearl and tried entering it. But sadly, he was not able to enter it. He shook it and tried again, but the pearl was not working.
“Master, any space article that is powerful than sky level will not operate here,” Bao Hu added silently.
Xia glared at him and sobbed even louder. “Then how can I save him... how” he cried.
“I can help, so trust me. Please..I don’t want to hurt him anymore.” He whispered earnestly.
Xia glanced at him without blinking. ‘Should I trust him? But..Long is not waking up. What to do,’ he bit the inside of his cheeks. He then glanced at his unmoving lover and sobbed. “Can you really help him?” he whispered.
“Yes, I can. I will follow your orders from now master. I won hurt him I swear on my heart,” he slightly sliced near his heart and took some blood and swore his oath. Golden thunder shone on it, sealing it.
Only after that did Xia allowed him anywhere near his dragon.
The demon slowly crawled closer and held Long’s hands. “His pulse is strong but weirdly so he is still unconscious,” he then proceeded to check if he was poisoned anywhere. But there was no residue of any poison in his blood. “Why is he still unconscious? Master, I think something is wrong with his spiritual energy. Can I check it?” he whispered.
Xia bit his lips but did not answer him. Entering someone’s body and checking their spiritual energy is potentially very dangerous. If the person has bad intent, they can easily kill them using just cutting off spiritual energy.
“Master, I know you doubt me, but I need to check him soon. His body is getting colder by the second, it’s not normal for a dragon to get this cold,” he whispered urgently.
“Okay, but I will also insert my spiritual energy,” Xia whispered.
Bao Hu nodded and beckoned him close. “Master, place your hand on near his dantian,” he whispered.
Xia did so, after which he placed his hand on top of it.
“Slowly input your spiritual energy, it should be as soft and fluid as water,” he whispered.
Xia nodded. His spiritual energy flowed out of him like a slow stream and entered his lover’s body. Soon a pink energy entered as well. ‘I guess its Bao’s energy,’ he thoughts and approached it.
The pink energy slowly moved along Long’s meridians, towards his dantian. It slowly revolved throughout his body once and started retreating, so Xia also followed him out.
“Master.....I think this brat...no your lover has failed a tribulation. That’s why his spiritual energy is a mess. His body has evolved to a golden dragon but his spiritual energy remained stagnate, worse it started depleting each time he used it.”
“What do you mean,” Xia held his sleeve and glanced at him.
“He is without any spiritual energy now. He—He has completely turned into a human.”
“What! That can’t be possible? It can’t be,” Xia mumbled.
“You saw his dantian master, there was no trace of spiritual energy in his body anywhere.” Bao Hu whispered.
Xia shook his head continuously. “He was using his spiritual energy just now. How could it have depleted so soon? It’s not possible at all. You are lying,”
The demon could sense that this master was in complete denial, but what he said was the truth. He glanced at the dragon and frowned. “Master, I am still not sure how he became a golden dragon if he failed his tribulation. Did he take some miracle pill or some medicines,” he whispered.
Xia shook his head. But he suddenly remembered something. “He drank a dragon’s blood. That’s how he became a human. Is that why?”
“Might be, but I’m not sure yet. Let’s take him home and test him. As of now there is no risk to his life, but we need to take him somewhere safe to treat him,” Bao hu said and lifted the limp dragon off the ground. “Follow me,” he whispered and levitated off et ground.
Xia did not know how to, so he hesitantly stood on the bridge.
The bridge started cracking and collapsed in the middle.
“Oh, I forgot,” Bao Hu laid Long on the ground and summoned his Lego men close. He threw out a small green Lego piece that they use as a base. “Mend the bridge,” he shouted to them.
The huge Lego men dropped their sword and picked up the green pieces they started arranging it one by one, connecting both sides. Soon the huge bridge was connected seamlessly, but still it looked like Lego’s.
Bao hu stepped up to it and chanted a small spell. Suddenly the entire bridge was covered in a bright light and restored its previous glory.
“Master, follow me,” he whispered and stepped off the bridge.
Xia followed him close so that he won’t run off with his lover in hand.
The demon called his assistant. Soon a shiny car picked them up and drove them to his mansion.
“Master, you don’t have to worry about anything here. Everything belongs to you, so don’t be shy,” he whispered with a cheerful smirk.
Xia gazed around. The mansion looked more like a castle he had never seen before. It had huge towering domes and towers attached to it. With his curious eyes, he watched everything.
“This building was modelled according to ancient Roman castles so it might feel different from where you came from,” Bao Hu explained.
“What is Ro—nam? Is it a kingdom? They do have a splendid castle,” Xia whispered in awe.
Being praised by his master, the demons blushed. ‘ahh master, likes it.’
