The results certainly showcased that because he scored around 31% of the 100%, which was truthfully rather terrible but still better than he anticipated. While he studied something, he was far behind the standard Imperial Education Systems, and his knowledge of most of the topics that were covered in the test was terrible.

Not like he cared about it, because he knew that the written exams wouldn't be accounted for in the final result, but at the same time, it was a bit sting in his pride that he failed so miserably and he would have a long journey ahead of himself to get back onto the standard Imperial Education.

Especially in just one year or so.

He severely underestimated the scale and width of what the Eternal Empire of the Asurya considered standard education. And he had only one hour for the test, which was like an entire stack of more than twenty papers.

Yet he wasn't really discouraged from this, aside from being a bit hurt by his pride, as he had already predicted this outcome. Still, nobody from the protectors of the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy seemed to care because his other advantages far outweighed his terrible score in the written exam.

When he was finished with the written test, he was given one hour to prepare for the other part of the admission tests, which consisted of several parts. The first one was more formal, and it was the measurement of the Attunement for the Psionic Energy.

He was standing in the training room within the grounds of the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy, which was specifically designed for the training of more advanced Psionics and Psykers so it could withstand a lot of damage.

The entire training room was huge; it was oval in shape and in diameter, it was around a hundred meters. It really looked like some high-tech place, with its simplistic design, white color, and armored walls that were also protected by very advanced Psionic Force Fields that were already activated.

The person who was overseeing the practical parts of the exam was the Headmaster of the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy himself, Bashar-General Nathril El-Amini Kane, together with several more Professors who were watching from a distance.

It wasn't every day that someone with Super-High Risk Primal Psyker Ability entered the Academy, so one could say that it was rather an occasion.

"We will now start with the measurement of the Psiionic Energy Attunement. The documents sent by Arsit said that he had tested your Psionic Energy Attunement and judged it to be at the Superior Level, which is far above the common standards even in the Eternal Empire of the Asurya."

As Headmaster Kane explained the methods of testing and measuring, he motioned for him to follow after him to the device in the shape of a box that was levitating in front of him.

"When you enter your hand into the box, start releasing Psionic Energy bit by bit, not anything grand or so, just a small part. After some time, you will start feeling tingling in your arm. Afterward, you can start releasing more and more until the box reaches the saturation point and the measurement is complete."

Arcturus then did everything according to the Headmaster's instructions, placed his right hand into the levitating box, and started slowly releasing his Psionic Energy into the box.

When he started sensing the tingling in his right hand from the continuous release of his Psionic Energy, he then started releasing more of the Psionic Energy, as the levitating box began shaking a bit.

This process repeated itself for more than than ten minutes until the saturation of the Psionic Energy within the box reached the maximum, and he could finally withdraw his right hand from it.

When the process was completed, the box started analyzing the results until it was completed. The data were sent to the main terminal, where they were processed, and then sent to the Headnasmter's touchpad, which he was holding.

"Fascinating... Superior Level Attunement for the Psionic Energy and one that is already moving forward, with the data like this, it is highly possible that you would be able to obtain Cosmic-Level Psionic Energy Attunement before you reach the limit of the mortality..."

Most of the people who became Psionics had Common Level Attunemetn for the Psionic Energy, while only 1% of all people had Advanced Attunement for the Psionic Energy among the Psionics and Psykers.

The percentage of people that had Superior Level Attunement for the Psionic Energy was extremely small, but every single one of them had an almost monstrous aptitude for the Psionic Energy Manipulation, and they had almost effortless advancing through the Psionic or Psyker Grades.

Not to mention, when someone had Superior Level Attunement for the Psiionic Energy, it was also guaranteed that one would become Psyker without any fault. That was how rare the Superior Level Attunement for the Psionic Energy was, and any High-Level Civilization or High-Level Star Nation would stop at nothing to recruit such people.

It was also one of the reasons why most of the Low-Level Civilizations and Low-Level Star Nations never got rid of their status or became something greater because almost all of their talents were snatched away by those who were more powerful and richer.

In the end, it was also a way of preserving the current cosmic order.

Not to mention, the weakest factions just didn't have enough resources, know-how, or means to properly cultivate such a person into a powerhouse. People with Superior Level attunement for Psionic Energy also had a great chance of becoming Beoynder.

They needed to record his ability in every single area as precisely as possible. Arcturus didn't have much problem with this division, because it worked well for him, too. He would also prefer to have these tests separated so he could undergo them in the best condition possible.

"The Psionic Combat Test will be starting in one hour. For the time being, you can rest, and then the test in the basic Psionic Techniques will start."

While the Psionic Abilities were not really his forte, before he departed from the Alaric Star Dominion, his master was drilling him on the usage of the Psionics, beyond just stupidly blasting it around him or using the Psionic Energy for physical enhancement.

He had too much talent in this area for him just to waste it away, like most of the Psykers were doing, when they were solely focusing on their Psyker Ability. One needs to know that powerful Psionics could easily rival even those with the Super-HIgh Risk Psyker Abilities.

With that being said, Arcturus then waited for the Psionic Combat Test to start. He knew that this one would probably be the hardest, compared to the Psyker Combat Test and the Swordsmanship Test.

When it came to the Psyker Ability Combat Test and Swordsmanship Test, both of then were very easy. With the Super-High Risk Primal Psyker Ability Dimension Empyrean and the control and mastery that he achieved over the Dimension Empyrean, he was guaranteed to obtain a perfect score on the Psyker Ability Test.

And the same thing could be stated about the Swordsmanship Test because even if he used just the Sardau Star Sword, he was confident of outperforming many other swordsmen and weapon users in single combat.

The Stardau Star Sword was something that he painstakingly cultivated to the Level 3 Apprentice Proficiency, which didn't seem a lot, but he found a way of using the Slayer Force to enhance the power of the Sardua Star Sword.

Because the primary domain of the Sardau Star Sword was speed and killing, it was a sword style that revolved around the fastest way of killing the enemy. The greatest disadvantage was the lack of raw power, but that was remedied at least partially by incorporating the Slayer Force into the Sardau Star Sword.

Even his master, Grandmaster Byrmellir, praised his ingenuity about infusing the Slayer Force from the Godslayer Sword Style into the Stardau Star Sword. Soon enough, the hour of the rest passed, and Arcturus was called for the Psionic Ability Test, where he was greeted by Headmaster Kane and another man.

"This is Professor Arur Kazar, Head of the Psionic Combat Faculty at the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy and Sigma-Grade Psionic and Warrior. He will be your Proctor for the Psionic Combat Test. The tests for the Warrior Profession would be part of the Psionic Combat Test, Psyker Ability Combat Test, and Swordsmanship Combat Test."

He noticed that Professor Arur Kazar was a middle-aged man, clad in armor, and the only notable feature about the man that he was able to see was his beard. The man didn't say anything as he just waited at the side for the test to start; everything else seemed a distraction at this point.

"Rules of the engagement are simple. Only the Psionic Abilities are allowed, and nothing else is allowed. The combat ends when the Proctor of the Test deems it so, or if you manage to injure the Proctor. Are both combatants ready?"

Headmaster Kane stated as he looked at Arcturus, who nodded, and both of the combatants prepared for the combat. In this test, the purpose is to reach the limits of his Psionic Abilities, something that he was already preparing for.

In fact, mastering the Psionics was probably his main goal at the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy because he knew that he was seriously lacking in this aspect. If it was compared to his proficiency in the Psyker Ability and Swordsmanship attainments, it was really shameful.

The first thing that Arcturus did was to activate the Nuclear Chaos Formula as he started circulating the Psionic Energy within his body and sent a few basic Psionic Blasts towards Professor Kazar.

Even though they were just ordinary Psionic Blasts, one of the most common and fundamental Psionic Abilities, they were executed with utmost precision and grace, something that was drilled into his very own being by the Grandmaster Byrmellir.

With the usage of the Nuclear Chaos Formula, there was a very small waste of Psionic Energy because even though Arcturus had tremendous amount of the Psionic Energy, far more than even Gamma-Grade Psionic, he was taught, that he coudln't waste any of it without a reason.

Professor Kazar stood there motionlessly as the man just raised his hand and "caught" every single one of the Psionic Blasts that were sent his way, but Arcturus could see that he created a Psionic Shield of the size of his hand and blocked them that way.

Showcasing not only his frightening control over the Psionic Energy and reflexes but also his mastery over the Psionic Arts because creating a Psionic Shield that was the size of a fist was much harder and arduous than creating one that covered the whole body.

And yet, for the man, it was as effortless as breathing an air.

Still, Arcturus continued his assault as he created several Psionic Beams, this time trying to hit Professor Kazar from all possible angles at the same time, only for him to use his Psionic Energy to create a blast around him that destroyed all of the Psionic Beams around him.

At the same time, the Psionic Blast that he created was so strong that it even sent several waves of the Psionic Energy all around him, forcing Arcturus to quickly erect an Psionic Shield around his body to protect himself from the violent energy charging at him.

Unfortunately for the young Highborne Asruyani, the power of the Professor's Psionic Blast that he smashed on the ground to the point of generating Psionic Waves, it was too high, and Arcturus's Psionic Shield shattered after several seconds, as he used the Nuclear Chaos Formula to enhance his legs and dodged as far as possible.

He was sure that if he was hit by the wave head-on, he would have suffered rather serious injuries because it seemed that the man wasn't really holding back.

A rather problematic, as he was someone at the top of the mortal level.

Yet, Arcturus also knew that if he wasn't really holding back, then the consequences would be far more serious as power of Sigma-Grade Psionic was strong enough to tear down entire cities when they were going all out.

Most probably the Professor just didn't care enough to control his output properly.
