Chapter 315: Telltale Beings Organization - Hope
In the headquarters of Black Sceptre, the battle between Martin and Niril was discussed. The information about the battle was collected by the spies of Black Sceptre.
In the short time, the information collected was directly classified as a secret to almost all members of Black Sceptre other than the leader of Black Sceptre and other leader-level members.
The reason why this information was important for the organization was self-apparent,
The battle between two-atmosphere level beings contained too much experience and many things that most of the other beings use to elevate their power by taking pointers from it.
From the individual perspective, the reason was having to know the experience of two-atmosphere levels and learn from their battle.
From another perspective, the fact that they are living with the Atmosphere Level beings will create too much problem for the Black Sceptre and every other organization.
If the members knew that they are living with beings with the power that could their destroy and purposes, and the organization that they are giving their everything with ease, They would not feel the same way.
Learning that their power and purposes mean nothing in the eyes of other beings, they would lose all of their motivation.
Because of these facts that leader-level members who had the chance of gathering the information of battle between Atmosphere Level, tried everything they can do to hide the battle from other members.
Not only Black Sceptre, but even the other organization who are far away from the battle scene and even from other races also tried to hide this fact from them,
In reality, most of the beings at the level of World Level and Peak Sky Master Level knew that there are beings who at the level of Atmosphere Level living in their world.
But thinking and knowing are not the same, They can think that there are beings at the level of Atmosphere Level who lives with them and crush their organization, purposes and take their life easily but knowing this is a fact is a completely different thing.
In the neighboring continent of Varalo (Hidden Continent Name) where the Black Sceptre Organization is located, A organization named Telltale Beings had the chance of gathering information about the battle.

Tremendous braziers half encompassing each of the six sandstone columns light up most of the throne hall and radiate warmth across this hall.
The illustration of battles on the askew ceiling dance in the flickering light while stone effigies and marble icons look down upon the grey wood floor of this monumental hall.
A vermilion rug runs from the throne down the center and loops back from both left and right while forked banners with emblazoned lacery drape from the walls.
Every design of the throne room showed that it does not belong to humans at all, It belonged to another creature that they could not understand,
At least this would be the thought of humans if they see the throne room.
Between each banner hangs a small chandelier, many of them have been lit and in turn illuminate the mosaics of powerful creatures below them.
Grand, tinted glass windows are shrouded by draperies colored the same vermilion as the banners. The curtains have been adorned with jewels and burnished corners.
A noble throne of gold sits beneath an impressively decorated baldachin (canopy) and is adjoined by five similar, but smaller seats for visiting dignitaries
The throne is covered in hundreds of elaborate etchings and fixed on each of the rather slim feet is a crystal dragon.
The stiff pillows are a dark vermilion and these too have been adorned with golden fringes.
Those wishing to listen to their royal highness can do so on the abundance of lavish, but relatively simple stone benches, all of which are facing the throne in a V-shape.
Those of higher standing can instead take a seat in the ceremonial balustrades overlooking the entire hall.
In the throne room, A werewolf sat on, it is body build was like human and it had two arms and two legs, It was just a werewolf without any kind of important power.
In reality, the name of this creature was Werlor Spero,
Werlor Spero was the king of the organization named Telltale Beings, An organization composed of "Shapeshifters", In reality, most of them had their human forms but the shapeshifters in this world did not classify as beings with strong power.
They were classified as demons in the form of humans,
These kinds of events happened long before Werler Spero even born,
After the born and encountered the same kind of behavior from others,
He managed to gather other shapeshifters and built an organization naming it Telltale Beings, t
the beings who were inside of the tales and classified as dangerous and stories for people use the scare their kids in the night.
Werlor, was thinking about the battle between two-atmosphere level beings,
His power was at the level of Peak World Level and as a Peak World Level he too wondered what kind of beings are these atmosphere level creatures,
After the information reached him he did not care about Black Sceptre or any other empires at all, He just read the information.
From the information, he learned that one of the sides is a human warrior and another side is the creature which looks like a pure demon in the humanoid form.
Werlor was a not man who thinks that everything is good when he sees something, But his intuition of being lord of an organization told him that this creature which looks like a pure demon should be a shapeshifter.
In his mind, this was an honor for the race shapeshifters, Werlor always thought Shapeshifters were treated poorly and most of them not different than humans and even some of them better than humans in the terms of being human, He knew and had many friends who living, married and had a child from the humans.
Werlor founded the Telltale Beings Organization so that no Shapeshifter feels weak against the other races and at the same time other humans understand that there is no reason to be scared of the shapeshifter.
At this time, Werlor was happy and hopeful because knowing that there are shapeshifter beings who have the same race as he reached the level of Atmosphere Level gave him hope and power.
