Chapter 74: [Event!]
[Adrian's POV!]
"They are immortals. Within the confinement of these castle walls, there is a spell that brings them back to life at their peak health as many times as they die."
I looked at him with my eyes widened for a moment before a sigh escaped my mouth. I guess, it wasn't going to be as easy as I thought. Though, it doesn't really matter to be honest.
"It's okay," I answered as I looked at the [Map!], once again checking the powers of those present on the map. And given what I had planned and what I could see through [Accelerated Analysis], I could only pity those immortal beings for what they were about to go through.
"??" Though the prince seemed to be confused by my calm attitude. I smiled at him and continued speaking,
"There is a lot I want to discuss with you, but first there are a couple of questions that are bugging me. Will it be all right, if I ask you that?"
…
[Location: Near the Back gate of the castle!]
Saintess Amia appeared in front of the kids, blocking their exit as they braced themselves for another fight. Looking at how they were protecting the vampire behind them, the Saintess had already guessed that they had seen everything.
Hence, according to her, there was no reason to pretend anything anymore. It was supposed to happen in the morning where the plan was near perfect since the sun would be up in the sky. But given the strength these kids had, there was no problem even if it began a bit early.
"Haha! I knew it would be fun to stick with you guys! First I get to fight with those strange humans and now even the strong Saintess!!" The brown haired kid, Percy Milton, spoke as a wide grin formed on his face. He seemed strangely happy that he was getting a chance to fight strong opponents.
-Swish!
Before anyone could even realize, Percy was already behind Amia, ready to punch her as hard as possible. And before she could even turn back, Percy attacked Amia with all his might.
Though rather than producing a loud sound, Percy's hand was blocked against the thick skin of Amia. Even though she was a bit surprised, she didn't feel threatened at all. In fact, she simply turned around and moved her hand to catch Percy.
-Swish!
Before he returned back to his original position, much more excited than before.
"Her defense is strong," Alex spoke but Alice shook her head as she corrected him,"it's not her defense. It's regeneration. At least from the traces of mana around her, she is using a very high level regeneration."
The group was surprised to hear that as they looked at Amia with a narrowed look. Even though none of them was underestimating her before, this new information made them realize that currently they might be fighting a monster in human form.
"Yeah. When I attacked her, I felt the impact of her skin breaking. I even saw some of her flesh being burnt and torn off, but before I could push it even furthur, all that healed within a fraction of second," Percy spoke about what he observed. His eyes seemed to be fixated on Amia, while his body began giving out slight sparks of electricity.

"Are you still going to keep trying?" Amia asked a bit unamused with their reaction. According to her estimate, they should have understood by now that no matter what they do, they could never harm her. She then sighed before speaking,
"Oh well. I was getting bored so I might as well play a little."
Then she began walking towards the group one step at a time. Her red eyes, looking at the children one at a time, as if wondering which one should she begin with.
Unlike Percy, who was ready to fight with a near immortal being, Alice and the group were more concerned with escape. They knew that fighting against such an enemy would be a waste of time and energy. Even if they win, there is no guarantee that there won't be another enemy of the same caliber.
However all thoughts went to trash as soon as a System Message resounded within the castle, in each and every player's system.
[Event Quest!]

"…"
"…"
"…"
"…"
Luke, Alice, Mark and Alex looked at the notification, with their eyes wide open. And the previous thought of running away went to trash when they saw the skill point reward marked on the Saintess's head.
[1000 Skill Points!]
The fact that they could do this quest multiple times… doesn't that mean there is a chance one can even increase their lowest skill to A-Grade?
As for the saintess, who was looking at the children with greed, finally spoke as she pointed at Luke,"I chose you young boy. You will be the one-"
"With Pleasure!!!" And Luke dashed with excitement as he looked at the Saintess with pure greed in his eyes, far more than what the saintess had. It wasn't just him, but even Alex and Mark were now getting excited as they prepared for the battle.
It was then the Saintess realized that… something was wrong… very wrong with the situation.
…
[Location: Near the Main Gate of the Castle!]
The battle between the twins and the group of girls was intense, as the girls were struggling to keep up with the never ending fight. The twins were enjoying the misery that the girls were going through, but something changed a few minutes ago.
The horror which the girls carried, now changed with pure excitement and greed as those girls started attacking the twins with their most lethal moves.
If previously there was terror in their eyes each time the twins came back from the dead, now as if waiting for them to get alive again, those girls were getting excited by the same process. Heck they were even taking turns to get the last kill on the twins.
Looking at the madness in the girl's eyes, the twins finally started to get worried. Their eyes questioned if they were even the same girls as before. But all they could do is keep on fighting, hoping that the girls would tire themselves out sooner or later.
Though unbeknownst to them, the girls were only looking at the number above their head right now.
[100 Skill points!]
[100 Skill Points!]
…
[Adrian's POV!]
A constant smile was present on my face as I looked at the chaos occurring all over the castle as the players rushed to kill all the enemies that I have marked. This should be fine to hold the enemies at line for the next two hours.
'The quest did cost a bit. But at least, I don't have to give everything from my pocket, and hopefully I could make all that back,' I sighed as I looked at the reward ratio that I had right now.
[Quest Creation Panel!]
[The Game Master Can manually create any type of quest, but the rewards and the difficulty should match the situation. The in-depth lore of the situation should also match with the quest creation!
Current Authority Level: 4
The Following benefits would be given to the Game Master:
-Reward Ratio - 1:10
-Max Quest Duration: 2 Hours
-Max Quest Difficulty: Insane
-Max Penalty: None
-Once Every Tutorial, the Game Master can create three Quests of his choice!
Return Rewards:
-40% of the rewards earned by the participants would be returned to the Game Master himself!
Note: The Game Master Cannot participate in the quest himself!]
Earlier, I couldn't even create a single quest in the [Tutorial!], but it seems that has been removed with the new authority that I had. Plus the Return rewards added with the reward ratio meant that I could gain 100% of what I invest as long as players kill 30,000 enemies.
It would have been certainly impossible before, but with the immortal enemies in the underground, and having players like Boss, Alice, Invar, etc. It doesn't seem impossible any more.
Hence I put down all my 30k skill points into the quest as a reward, which should be converted into 300,000 skills points as a total. I doubt that the combined score of all players would reach this much by the end of two hours, so for now I can just focus on my own thing.
"What is going on in the castle?" The prince spoke as he could somehow sense what was going on in the castle above, to which I simply spoke," it's nothing. Let's get back to our conversation. Tell me in detail about how those humans appeared from a strange portal and began attacking you out of nowhere."
…
[Location: Basement on the east side of the castle!]
[Invar's POV!]
I walked down the stairs, as I looked at the gate in front of me. According to Adrian, this should be the gate where I would find the vampire kids.
Adrian didn't tell me in detail saying that it would be better if I were to find and see everything on my own. Though given the flare in his eyes, it seemed he wanted me to see this.
'He knows that I am weak against children… just how horrifying is the sight that he sent me rather than coming himself to punish them?' I was worried. And a bit scared of what I might see there.
"Well. Might as well go through it," I sighed as I then slashed down the gate in front of me, breaking it into pieces before the pieces fell on the ground.
And what I saw in front of me was a dozen vampire children beating each other in a ring while about 50 or so adults cheered for the fight that was going on, cursing those children and shouting at them as if they were animals.
"If you don't want to get dragged all night! Then punch him harder!" One of those men wearing golden armor spoke as he looked angrily at the kid getting beaten. I could see the three vampire ladies in his arms, as they looked at the guy with fear in their eyes.
And I took a deep breath…
Before unsheathing two of the three swords that I had.
