The First Store System

Chapter 25 - The New Store

Chapter 25

Planet Visteerna, Anga continent, Bisan Kingdom, Kakot

In the dark of the night, an entire building appeared out of nowhere. Nobody was present to see what happened in the area.

"Ugh!" Aakesh stood up groaningly, clutching his head. The experience while transfer felt too painful and uncomfortable for him. He felt the expanding of his body and then contraction right after continuous times during the transfer.

He then hastily looked to his left and right to find whether Lily was alright or not. He found her unconscious on his right. He gently picked her up and put her on her favorite spot for rest, his head.

After that, he finally checked out his surroundings. The environment around him was opposite to the atmosphere in the past store.

He was standing on the floor made up of hardwood that looked expensive. He didn't have to activate the skill Energy Oversee to check whether the material had the energy or not. He could feel the energy from the hardwood. He couldn't identify the wood straight away, so he tried hard to remember what tree the wood belonged to? When he finally remembered, his mouth turned into an O shape.

The hardwood was made up of the bark of the 'Ashamba'. Ashamba was a primordial tree on the same level as the World Tree. It only had one ability: It can negate every energy type except for those used by the Devas or the Asuras and the Yakshas(The top three races of the Multiverse). Ashamba, on a regular interval, discards it barks. Even a single cm of its bark costs more than a universe core since it has many practical uses.

But in Aakesh's store, it was only used as hardwood. Now no matter who rampages in the store, the floor will never become damaged.

As he looked up, he found himself in a vast hall with several closed rooms in front of him. The walls around him were painted white with a shade of blue on them. Every room door was made up of the Ashamba's bark as well.

Since there was nothing more to see, he went up to the closest door and tried to open it. He didn't have to try hard as, with only a slight push, the door completely opened.

Before he could think of doing something, he was suddenly pushed back, and the door disappeared, and a sudden change took place in the entire hall.

A new door lock appeared on every other room, indicating that it was currently not possible to open it. The door and room that Aakesh had opened earlier disappeared and dissolved into the hall.

He suddenly heard a sound from his back, so he turned around and saw a glass door appearing on the other side. He knew that this was the entry door of the store. The glass was opaque. So he couldn't see anything outside. When the entire door emerged, not far from it, a counter made up of Ashamba and the same glass that made the entry door appeared.

Two cushy chairs appeared behind the counter, one for him and one for Lily. the chair for Lily was different than the one for the Aakesh. It was smaller in size, and it was made up of fur in comparison to the feathers of Hansa(a divine bird).

A table with empty shelves then appeared next to the counter. The shelf was painted brown and was covered with glass. All the changes in the store ended with that.

While Aakesh fascinatedly looked at the changes in the store, he suddenly heard a groan from his head.

He gently picked up Lily from his head and brought her near his chest. She was rubbing her head as she slowly opened her eyes.

"Are you alright?" He concerningly asked.

"Ugh, Yes. Where are we?" She groaningly responded.

"Eh!" Aakesh was stumped by the sudden question from Lily. He smiled wryly as he still hadn't asked the system about the world where he was because of the fascinating changes in the store.

He didn't wait for long as he asked, "Hey, system, where are we?"

[Host, we're in Kakot, the capital city of the Bisan Kingdom, a small Kingdom in Anga continent, the smallest continent of the planet Visteerna.]

"Wow!" Aakesh exclaimed in response to the information given by the system.

"Hey, system, you didn't find anything smaller than the Bisan Kingdom for my store," He sarcastically asked the system.

[No, Host. there is no Kingdom weaker or smaller than the Bisan Kingdom.]

The system replied in its emotionless, mechanical voice. Aakesh could only smile wryly at the system's response.

"Leave it! Tell me about the world," He responded with a sigh since the system didn't joke around. He had no idea about the world. The system only taught him the knowledge of the languages and races.

The system then informed him about the world and the races living in it. Visteerna holds more than 90% of the races living in the primal dimension. The number of Immortals living in Visteerna is many times greater than the sum of immortals in other worlds of the primal dimension combined.

On this planet, everyone - from those with no power to those who are the strongest - lives. In addition, the system also told Aakesh something special about one of Visteerna's continents.

Kashi is the central continent in the Visteerna, with the other ten continents surrounding it like followers. That continent is a tiny part of the fourth dimension. From that continent, the entire world emerged. So Kashi can handle the pressure of every level in the Multiverse. It is the only part of the Multiverse other than the fourth dimension that can inhabit Deva. Since a Deva rests in Kashi, it is also a pilgrimage that every citizen from Visteerna desires to make.

The system also told him the information about the Bisan Kingdom. Every citizen living in the Kingdom follows the Qi cultivation system, with the previous king currently being the strongest in the entire Kingdom. The last king was currently a Void Forging expert, whereas the current king is a Void Condensation expert. The average level of expert in the entire Kingdom was Soul Formation.
