And even if they killed a High Tier Mage it would only lead to excess energy being spread to the Mid Tier Mines,

If they were lucky enough the mines might become a high Tier mine, but that rarely happened as the high Tier Mages rarely broke the rule to interfere in the fights of a Mid Blood Moon Attack
