Chapter 38 [Bonus ]Manager's Cabin
'Mayor's son, huh?' Chris squinted his eyebrows at Max who was arrogantly calling a number on his phone with a cocky grin plastered on his face.
Oblivious to Chris's skepticism, Max dialed his father's secretary, James. Informing him about the trouble this puny bar was causing him.
"I will take care of the bar, young master," James nodded and ended the call. Apparently not the type to talk much.
"Heh, done." Max scoffed arrogantly, puffing his chest with a proud aura enveloping him.
"Pfft," a sweet giggle escaped from Cathy's lips, after witnessing his narcissistic act.
"Why are you laughing?" Max squinted his eyes at Cathy and questioned, not a fan of being the cause of her amusement.
"Nothing," Cathy stopped giggling and harrumphed.
Chris facepalmed at their interaction, Cathy was a tsundere and Max was an ignorant and arrogant bastard...
// James: Done. //
Max suddenly received a short text message and he smirked in glee. He arrogantly began to walk to the bar and pushed the door open.
Bartender glared at the brat who dared to ignore his order, however, before he can even take any action, the bar's landline rang.
"Wassup," Max smirked and sat in front of the bartender, whose face was getting paler and paler with every passing second.
His glare towards Max turned into pleading puppy eyes, neither of the three teens had any idea what James meant by, 'done'.

But... the fun they were getting was intoxicating. The arrogant bartender who was shouting and disturbing them now was begging, the irony was really humorous and nice for these teens.
'I want such influence...' Chris gave a hidden glance to Max who was enjoying this drama a lot. An immense amount of greed began to generate within Chris.
He wanted nothing more than to surpass Max, the feeling of friendship was decreasing and greed was taking birth.
'What the hell is wrong with me?!" Chris shouted in his mind, perturbed by his destructive and out-of-character thoughts.
"Chris? What do you wanna drink?" oblivious to his destructive thoughts, Max asked casually while glancing at the bartender who was looking at Max with puppy eyes.
"Scotch," Chris gave a short reply, still trying to shake off the weird thoughts in his mind.
"2 Martini, stirred. One of your oldest scotch," Max ordered haughtily while the bartender nodded back like a hen pecking chicken.
"Who the hell is this guy?" the audience of the bar mused curiously seeing the sudden change in the bartender's behavior. It was obvious that Max wasn't someone simple.
"Chris, are you okay?" Cathy who was sitting beside Chris asked, worried.
"Of course," Chris chuckled nervously and shook off all the destructive thoughts he was having. Gulping down the scotch, he soon forgot all about the weird thoughts he was having.
"I am still mad about the slap though," Max complained while swirling the Martini in his hands.
"I said I am sorry, it was an honest mistake," Cathy fluttered her eyebrows and remarked gently, although her words said otherwise.
"What do you mean by 'honest mistake' huh?! Do I look that type of guy to you?!" Max clenched his fists in anger and glared.
"Well, what can I do? Your cocky and stupid pervy smile on your face says everything," Cathy shrugged and sipped on her drink.
"This bi*ch!" Max banged the table in anger and glared venomously.
"Ugh, cut it off you two." Chris facepalmed, getting a headache over their animosity.
"She started it! Throwing well-hidden jabs! Sneaky and cowardly bitch!" Max pointed at Cathy and clarified.
"He started it! Crying over a little slap, hmph." Cathy scoffed and clarified, taking yet another jab at Max.
...
'Phew, they are done...' Chris sitting between Max and Cathy sighed, the table in front of him was full of costly drinks and bottles, and two drunk bodies resting their heads on it.
Finally, the two bickering idiots had knocked themselves out after a long round of drinking competition!
"Cath let's go, bye Max, I will give you a call later. I also called your bodyguard so, have fun haha," Chris pulled Cathy's drunk body up from the plump cushioned sofa and said to Max.
"Max... more like bad sex hehehehehe," Cathy cackled in a drunk tone while leaning her body onto Chris.
"Ugh, I am never letting you drink again," Chris sighed and supported her to walk, however, he was getting more and more annoyed by her repeated stumbles.
*Ring*
Chris's pockets buzzed and he saw it was Aria's call. Placing Cathy back on the sofa, Chris quickly attended the call.
"Hello! The boss is finally done! I am so relieved!" Aria informed excitedly in a childish fervor that she only showed in front of those that were close to her.
"That's great, where are you right now?? I am still in the mall," Chris nodded and asked excitedly aswell.
"I am in the store too!" Aria cheered.
"I will come over," Chris quickly turned the call off and pulled Cathy back up from the couch.
...
"Your boss finally allowed you to go haha," Chris chuckled while walking towards a hot brown-haired girl whose seductive body was draped in an elegant business suit.
"Ugh, don't remind me of him," Aria groaned tiredly and leaned her body on the pillar.
"Hehe, of course," Chris chuckled, "Come I will take you for another date to cheer you up."
"Not in these clothes. Let me change first then," Aria smiled slightly and began to walk towards her cabin.
"You look quite hot in this suit," Chris grinned.
"I... know," Aria blushed and averted her eyes, "Still, I want to wear more comfortable clothes,"
"Hmm~" Chris nodded and began to walk with Aria to her cabin.
"Uhh... where are you trying to go?" Aria's legs paused and she gave a weird eye to Chris.
"In your cabin?" Chris shrugged and opened the cabin's door, all the other staff staring at him. Although he just ignored them.
"Why in my cabin? Wait outside. I am going to change," Aria squinted her brows and pulled him out of the small cabin that was designed plainly and was aesthetically pleasing.
"What?! How can you throw me out of your cabin!" Chris acted to be surprised and quickly got inside the cabin, bolting the door shut.
"W-What? I am going to change, go out," Aria blushed and tried to push him out of the gate.
"Yeah yeah, I will help in that, you don't want me to?" Chris grinned and turned towards her, lifting her chin and looking into her deep eyes.
Aria blushed, unable to reply to him. She tried to avert her eyes and look away but she couldn't. Lost in his hazel eyes, she gulped in anticipation.
Chris pushed her against the concrete walls of her cabin, closing the little gap they had between each other.
"I-I need to change, y-you can't do it here..." Aria fumbled shyly, her cheeks beet red in embarrassment.
"Do what? I am not doing anything, am I?" Chris moved her strands of hair behind her ears and whispered softly.
"...I hate you," Aria saw he will neither leave nor let her go, so she bit her lips and tiptoed to connect their thin pair of lips together.
"I love you too," Chris smiled and supported her head from behind aswell, kissing her back passionately...
