The weather had turned cold, and the number of people exercising in the morning had increased, something Luo Ziling was quite reluctant to see.

Fortunately, the last time Shanque had taught him some Disguise Skills, Luo Ziling was able to put them to good use.

He didn’t need to dress up deliberately. A thick pair of glasses and some deliberately tousled hair hanging over his forehead were enough to cover his exceptionally handsome face. Unless someone took a close look at him, it was really not easy to see his true appearance.

Luo Ziling believed that only the fellows in his dormitory, along with Yang Qingyin and Ouyang Huihui, who had seen him in this guise before, could recognize him, and no one else should. But he soon found out he was wrong. During today’s morning exercise, he was still recognized straight away.

It was still early, so Luo Ziling went to the quiet grove first to practice his martial arts. But as he was practicing energetically, he heard light footsteps approaching.

As he guessed whether it might be a girl entering, a slender figure appeared in front of him.

The loose sports shirt completely hid her figure, but a headband on her forehead, pinning her hair on top of her head, revealed a face that was very eye-catching. It was none other than Luo Yuqing, whom Luo Ziling had encountered here before.

“Luo Ziling, good morning,” Luo Yuqing’s greeting completely shattered Luo Ziling’s confidence in his Disguise Skills.

“Senior sister, what a coincidence to meet you again today,” Luo Ziling had no choice but to greet her stiffly, “Do you also exercise every morning?”

“Not every day,” Luo Yuqing walked up to Luo Ziling, looking at him curiously, “I might sleep in for a day or two occasionally, like on weekends. Do you come for morning exercise every day? Why didn’t I see you yesterday? And why are you dressed like this?”

“Yes, but I’m not necessarily at this field,” Luo Ziling smiled as he replied, deliberately ignoring one question: “It’s important to practice martial arts every day to avoid getting rusty. Running makes the body strong. When you’re young, you must train your body well.”

“Have you been learning martial arts since childhood?” Luo Yuqing asked while placing one of her legs onto a tree to start stretching. Meanwhile, she continued to inquire: “You seem to be a martial arts expert. The performance at the welcome party the other day was truly stunning. The Martial Arts Team has performed before, but it was all for show. Your skills are the real deal.”

Her legs were long, and the angle at which she stretched them was very wide, more impressive than a full split, showing that she had been training in this aspect continuously.

“I’ve practiced some basic skills with my family since I was young, nothing much to speak of,” Luo Ziling answered a bit shyly.

Luo Yuqing watched him while continuing her leg stretches, and Luo Ziling felt a subtle temptation.

“How about you teach me martial arts sometime? I want to learn so I won’t get bullied when I go out and to fend off perverts,” Luo Yuqing said, finishing her leg stretches and moving on to stretching her back. “Ziling, would you be willing to teach me?”

“This…” Luo Ziling was a bit overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of the campus belle and eventually too embarrassed to refuse: “We’ll see if there’s a chance. But you should know that learning martial arts is tough, and you need to train the basics. Without three to five years, you can’t expect to see much improvement.”

“I’ve trained in traditional martial arts when I was young and even took dance classes. My flexibility is still pretty good. I should be able to learn easier than others, right?” Luo Yuqing said, then she stood still, slowly extended her hands backward, performed a difficult move bending backward until her hands touched the ground behind her, then stood up with a slightly flushed face and said to Luo Ziling: “Do you think my basics are quite good?”

“Indeed better than average, I think your dancing must be pretty good too.” Luo Ziling was quite surprised that Luo Yuqing could perform such a move. He had also inadvertently noticed Luo Yuqing’s beautiful body curves during the move, quite tempting.

“Indeed, I was thinking of performing a dance at today’s welcome party, but I ended up being the host, so I lost interest in rehearsing for the dance.” Luo Yuqing said this and realized that Luo Ziling had sidetracked the conversation, so she quickly pressed on: “Don’t you want to teach me?”

After pondering for a while, Luo Ziling finally answered Luo Yuqing: “Let’s find an opportunity, and I’ll teach you a practical set of boxing techniques, which you should be able to learn easily.”

“Can’t do it today?” Luo Yuqing stood in front of Luo Ziling, looking a bit upset as she asked, “Do I still need to prepare?”

“Of course,” Luo Ziling didn’t dare to stay any longer with Luo Yuqing, “I haven’t finished my run for today yet, and I have to go out later, so it has to be another day.”

“Alright,” Luo Yuqing didn’t insist, “then I’ll ask for your teaching on the day you are willing. I’m going for a run too!”

With that said, Luo Yuqing took off running from the little grove ahead of him.

Luo Ziling didn’t follow right away; instead, he exercised for another fifteen minutes before he went outside.

By the time he got out and started running around the track field, he couldn’t see Luo Yuqing’s figure anymore, which made him breathe a sigh of relief.

“Why are beauties so forward and enthusiastic these days?” Luo Ziling thought, feeling as if he was a little white rabbit surrounded by female wolves everywhere coveting him.

After finishing his run and heading back to the dorm, taking a shower, the three guys in his room finally woke up from their sleep and prepared to get up for breakfast.

Luo Ziling didn’t wait for them and went to the cafeteria to eat by himself.

As he was walking, he took out his phone and saw that Yang Qingyin had sent him a message early in the morning.

“I’m at Cafeteria No. 3 having breakfast, wearing big black-rimmed glasses, white clothes, I have something to tell you.”

Receiving a message from Yang Qingyin for a meet-up first thing in the morning, although it was just meeting up at the cafeteria, made Luo Ziling’s mood instantly joyful.

Soon, he found Yang Qingyin tucked away in a corner of Cafeteria No. 3, eating breakfast alone with her head down.

As he walked over, he was surprised to find that Yang Qingyin had actually bought breakfast for him.

“Little Yang, the buns today are so moving!” Luo Ziling joked as he picked up the bun in front of him and started eating, “If everyone recognized it was you and you bought buns for me, I might be chased all over the world.”

“You’re afraid of being chased?” Yang Qingyin looked up, gave Luo Ziling a sidelong glance, then said softly, “Last night, Fang Dongxun was attacked at his own villa by two women, inside and out, and was seriously injured.”

“What?! No way, retribution came that fast?” Luo Ziling was shocked. He asked Yang Qingyin again, “What exactly happened?”

Yang Qingyin briefly told him the story that Ye Xiaoli had told her, then said, “I heard Fang Dongxun almost got ruined completely and is being treated in the hospital now!”

“Isn’t that a bit too vicious?” Luo Ziling seemed very surprised, “Did it really happen when Fang Dongxun was doing that with a student?”

Yang Qingyin’s face immediately turned red, and she glared at him resentfully, “I don’t know; I didn’t see it with my own eyes. Humph, you’re really cruel!”

“You’re wronging me. I didn’t do anything; I’m not a woman,” Luo Ziling said with an innocent face, “Maybe he’s desecrated too many women, and now he’s gotten his just deserts!”

Yang Qingyin rolled her eyes again.
