Chapter 477 - I’d Snuff Out Any and All Who Dare to Stand Out
Chapter 477: I’d Snuff Out Any and All Who Dare to Stand Out
Aside from wanting to take out both Yunxuan Villa and Lu Xuan, the main reason why those people chose to unleash the demons in Fu City and around the villa was to act against the Region of Huaxia.
When the seemingly endless horde of demons was unleashed, the forces of the Region of Huaxia would have at least been cut in half by the incident; it didn’t matter how powerful the region was back then. Besides, it was also very normal to see deaths amounting to over 100 million.
The number of casualties incurred among the formidable cultivators would have most likely been so astronomical that it was difficult for anyone to fully comprehend for themselves.
By then, the Regions of America and Europe would have become the most powerful regions in the Human Alliance. Thus, they would have gained the power to truly steer the direction of the Human Alliance.
Even at such junctures, those people still deemed their personal interests to be of far greater importance than those of humanity as a whole.
All of that was carried out in the shadows, never being brought to open discussion amongst the general public.
The public could never know about their schemes.
Then again, those seemingly flawless plans ultimately failed.

To make matters worse, it had even drawn out Lu Xuan, who had been missing in action for over five years.
One could imagine just how terrified those people were.
Many yelled and shouted, flipping tables and kicking down chairs in their wake. They were all completely unwilling to accept what happened.
Lu Xuan was alive, and the schemes that the demons hoped would succeed ultimately failed to do any damage to the Region of Huaxia. The powers that gathered around Fu City alone were actually able to quell the demons.
Everyone sensed a storm brewing. The retaliation from the Region of Huaxia and Lu Xuan did not seem to be too far into the future.
At that moment, Lu Xuan sat across Dragon inside the living room of the Yunxuan Villa, which was currently surrounded by countless reporters.
Dragon had reached the villa during the battle later that night via military aircraft. Other than that, several elite fighters from both the Special Task Force and the Heavenly Palace reached the battlefield, quickly taking control of the situation.
Lu Xuan had even deliberately provided opportunities for those people to hone their skills later in the battles, allowing them to put what they learned to use.
It was a rare opportunity to fight anything like demons after all. Those people could have observed the demons’ patterns and habits when placed in actual combat. Those experiences might have been useful at some point in the future.
Lu Xuan no longer dealt with such issues for his own benefit; he now had to consider the bigger picture.
Dragon still had a thick stench of blood mixed with sulfur and magma on him due to fighting those battles back there. The resulting smell was rather pungent.
“I was too busy with the battle before to say this, but I’m so glad to see you in one piece, Mr. Lu.”
Dragon laughed in high spirits.
Lu Xuan’s appearance helped stabilize both the Region of Huaxia and the Human Alliance as a whole.
While some might have been unhappy and even terrified by Lu Xuan’s presence, most others would most probably be very pleased by his return.
Dragon was among that majority of people. Having to take care of many messy situations, the Special Task Force felt tired and dejected.
“Damn, I knew that you would come out fine, Mr. Lu!” Dragon continued saying with a smile.
Lu Xuan smiled and replied, “Of course I’m fine. It’s not easy for anyone to get me into such a pitiful state, after all.”
Lu Xuan then asked, “I’m sure you’ve learned a thing or two about the demons after that battle last night. Have you thought about who was behind all of that, Chief Dragon?”
Dragon then nodded and looked at Lu Xuan. He replied, “We have looked into the body of that hell summoner that you have given us. The hell summoners have become bolder than they had once been.”
Hell summoners had once been scorned upon by everyone. Many people in modern times believed in absolute power above all else, thinking little about good and evil. Many people chose to believe in hell summoners, with some even wanting to learn how to summon demons from Hell.
Dragon confidently said, “Through the Human Alliance’s channels, we should be able to find out more about what group that guy was from, as well as those who he had come into close contact with. It should not take too long for those behind him to show themselves. We of the Special Task Force are still capable of that much.” The Special Task Force had been laying the groundwork for over a dozen years ever since spirit qi was beginning to be restored. The agency was completely different from how it had been back then.
The agency had grown into a goliath, consisting of people being involved in various fields and disciplines.
“With the help from the Heavenly Palace as well, I’d say it would take three days at most to confirm who was behind that guy.”
Dragon then continued with a rather disgusted expression, “The ministers are now furious over what happened. This is not just a plot against you, Mr. Lu; it’s a plot against Huaxia as well. Don’t think for a second that I have no idea what those people are up to.”
“There is no doubt that they were trying to damage the Region of Huaxia’s powers by summoning hundreds of thousands of demons from Hell to wreak havoc across Huaxia. In doing so, they could get themselves in a better position. Damn those people!” The Dragon snorted coldly. He knew full well what such people were thinking.
While those people had only gotten to work during the previous day, such plans and thoughts were definitely around for much longer than that. There were definitely more than just one or two masterminds behind everything.
There was just no way for the Special Task Force to not be aware of any of that.
One could even say that the Special Task Force knew many things that several others were never even aware of. They were even waiting for such people to act so that the agency could then ensnare them.
However, not even Dragon expected those people to do what they did. He never thought that those people would’ve been crazy enough to go as far as to summon so many demons from Hell. That was definitely more than enough just to take out the Yunxuan Villa.
That was precisely why the ministers were all furious, swearing to put all those people to justice. When the United Nations had been the world government over everyone, it was difficult for someone to deal with the matters of other nations. However, things were now different because everyone belonged to the Human Alliance.
There were then legal ways to deal with those people.
Lu Xuan nodded and continued, “That’s not all that far from what I was thinking. Those people are too insane to even be human. It does not matter who is behind all of this, just make sure to arrest them all. Focus on nothing else but apprehending the ones responsible for this. If anyone is unhappy about anything, tell them to come to me. I would love to see for myself who would dare to support such people!”
There was no mistaking the piercing look in his eyes as he spoke. He was absolutely not going to let the masterminds behind all of this go so easily.
Those people were nothing more than tumors and cancer cells to the Human Alliance and all of Earth.
If those people were to remain around, the Human Alliance would not be able to move onto a whole new era.
They were all Lu Xuan’s targets; he was prepared to eliminate any who dared to stand in his way.
After returning with such massive powers, Lu Xuan had all the confidence and backing he needed.
He was confident enough to even destroy something as large as the government of the Region of America. He was even willing to go out and destroy Washington D.C. if he needed to.
It was not like he had not done anything like that before. His powers had grown 100 times over compared to how he was back then. That was why he saw himself to be effectively above the rules.
