Chapter 157
Chapter 157 - Smashed It
“I'm sure you'll end up crying later,” Ye Hao said to Fatty Wang with a chuckle.
“In East Zis, I'm considered quite influential,” Fatty Wang retorted with a sneer. “I'd like to see who she can summon in under three minutes.”
Seeing Fatty Wang's stubbornness, Ye Hao chose not to continue his attempts at persuasion.
Seconds ticked by.
At two minutes and forty seconds, a thunderous roar echoed above the restaurant.
“Helicopter.”
“It's a military chopper.”
“Oh my God.”
“Is there a military drill happening nearby?”
Hearing the astonishment in the crowd's voices, Fatty Wang scrambled toward the exit. He saw dozens of young men in black military gear leaping from the helicopter.
Then, a chilling voice commanded, “Trash this place. Break the legs of anyone who tries to stop you.” Shao Hua's order was clear.
The Martial Arts Bureau's team members charged into the shop without hesitation.
Fatty Wang attempted to intervene, but Shan Lei knocked him down with a swift kick and then pressed his boot onto Fatty Wang's joints.
Fatty Wang howled in agony.
As he cried out, he noticed the restaurant's patrons and staff fleeing with ashen faces.
“Call the police! Why are you just standing there?” Fatty Wang shouted at one of his men who was idly watching from the doorway.

The group of Martial Arts Bureau agents looked formidable.
Fatty Wang was certain that his own reinforcements stood no chance against them, especially since these men had arrived by helicopter. Even though he didn't recognize their uniforms, he knew they were no ordinary individuals.
Soon after, the police arrived, but upon seeing the military helicopter, they promptly turned and walked away, unwilling to meddle in military affairs.
Realizing the gravity of the situation, Fatty Wang hobbled over to Shao Hua and pleaded, “I admit my mistake. Please, let me off this time?”
Shao Hua didn't even spare Fatty Wang a glance.
Desperate, Fatty Wang turned to Ye Hao, seeking clemency.
“I warned you earlier, but you wouldn't heed my advice,” Ye Hao said, spreading his hands in a gesture of futility.
Hearing this, Fatty Wang's expression sank further into despair.
Fatty Wang didn't deserve any sympathy.
Had Shao Hua not summoned the members of the Martial Arts Bureau, she wouldn't have been able to leave this place so effortlessly.
Fatty Wang would have surely humiliated Shao Hua.
Half an hour later, dozens of Martial Arts Bureau members emerged.
“Captain, we've destroyed everything possible,” Shan Lei stated somberly.
Shao Hua turned to Fatty Wang and declared, “From today onward, you're forbidden from opening any shops in East Zis. If you do, I'll smash every single one of them.”
Fatty Wang was taken aback.
All of Fatty Wang's connections and resources were in East Zis, and Shao Hua's prohibition meant he had lost his economic lifeline.
“I was wrong. Please forgive me,” Fatty Wang pleaded, cowed.
“Remember my words,” Shao Hua said coldly, giving Fatty Wang a stern look. “I'm not kidding.”
With that, Shao Hua walked away.
Shan Lei and the rest boarded the helicopter and departed.
“I should have just gone for coffee,” Shao Hua muttered in frustration.
“It's not your fault,” Ye Hao replied, resigned.
“Be quiet,” Shao Hua snapped, giving Ye Hao a sharp look.
Ye Hao was about to respond when his phone suddenly rang.
“What's the matter?”
“Qingqing's in trouble.”
Ye Hao's face paled instantly.
“Where's Qingqing now?”
“She's on the top floor of the Grinding Building in East Zis,” Xiao Ming informed before hanging up.
A sense of dread filled Ye Hao.
“Where's the Grinding Building?” he inquired.
“Right over there,” Shao Hua pointed to a distant skyscraper.
Without hesitation, Ye Hao flung open the car door and sprinted towards the Grinding Building.
“Qingqing, just give up quietly,” a young man with an icy demeanor told Qingqing.
Qingqing, seeing Sugar and Momo captured, wore a look of despair.
She hadn't anticipated that despite their caution, they would still be tracked down by the Wolf Tribe.
The combat prowess of the Wolf Tribe was on par with the Fox Clan, and they outnumbered them two to one. It was clear that Qingqing and her companions were facing certain defeat.
“Don't even think about it,” Qingqing said with an icy tone.
“Qingqing, if you refuse to surrender, your two sisters will be killed,” a young man from the Wolf Tribe stated emotionlessly.
No sooner had he spoken than the two Wolf Tribe youths holding Momo and Sugar bared their fangs, ready to snap at the girls' necks at any moment.
Qingqing was painfully aware that surrendering meant her own death. Yet, if she did not give in, Momo and Sugar would die immediately. She agonized over her dilemma, wondering, “What should I do?”
Amidst her profound anxiety, two bolts of Heavenly Thunder struck down, hitting the two Wolf Tribe youths. They were reduced to ashes without a chance to utter a single cry.
In the blink of an eye, Ye Hao swiftly drew Momo and Sugar into his protective embrace.
“Ye Hao,” Qingqing exclaimed, taken aback.
She was familiar with Ye Hao's level of martial arts prowess. “His skills were modest before. How is it possible that he's now capable of slaying a third-layer Blood Refining expert in such a short time? It defies logic,” she pondered.
“How dare you kill members of the Wolf Tribe,” the Wolf Tribe young man retorted.
“We're short on time. I must finish this quickly,” Ye Hao declared, taking a deep breath. A horrifying sonic boom erupted from his lips, causing all the wolf demons, except for Qingqing and her sisters, to clutch their heads in agony.
”What is this sound?”
“It sounds like the Dragon's Roar.”
“Ye Hao couldn't possibly wield the Dragon's Roar!”
“He possesses the Divine Power to emit this sound wave!” As the Wolf Tribe reeled from the impact of the sound, Ye Hao launched a swift assault.
After dispatching two Wolf Tribe youths, the remaining two, both at the Soul Refining stage, regained their senses.
“You're going to pay for this.”
“The Wolf Tribe will hunt you down and kill you, no matter where you hide.”
Ye Hao spared the two a glance and immediately targeted the one radiating a stronger aura, indicating his superior cultivation.
“Divine Sword Spell,” Ye Hao muttered, intent on not dragging out the fight.
With a swing of his bronze dagger, a sacred sword light sliced through the air, and the Wolf Tribe youth's face contorted with terror. He sensed the imminent threat to his life as the sword light bore down on him.
He had no choice but to confront the attack directly.
