Chapter 271 - 271 Fight (10)
271 Fight (10)
Upon the second realm darkness bullet spell left Blake’s hand and shot straight forward, right into the direction of the dark earth dome that confined the muscular humanoid demon, the force that shook all the nether in the environment doubled.
Starting from the wall of dark flames that were less rigid than the darkness barrier that came from a rune formation, the walls that supposedly contained Blake, Cyra, and the muscular humanoid demon inside began falling apart as the nether that made them up had utterly lost the bonds they had with each other.
As if something forcefully broke their bonds, there weren’t any flashy events, just the dark flame wall suddenly shook violently before completely disappearing out of existence.
The same thing also happened with the darkness barrier that Blake put up outside the dark flame wall, but it took some more time and several huge cracks before the whole thing also crumbled down.
And while all that was happening, the second realm darkness bullet spell that Blake let out had already crashed onto the dark earth construct that held the muscular humanoid demon.
The power of the second realm darkness spell was too much and a blink of an eye was all it took to reach its target.
The second realm darkness spell was seemingly unperturbed by the shaking of nether that happened all around it as it continued breaking the sturdy dark earth construct as if it was a piece of paper and hitting the demon inside it.
The ball of darkness stayed in its original form despite the huge walls made up of nether all around it was either crumbling down or erased from existence.
Blake also had the same focus as the spell that he had just released as he kept his cool and attention fully on the result of the second realm darkness spell.
.....
The dark earth construct had been completely destroyed on one side, which was exactly what Blake had expected.
However, the other side of the dark earth construct remained untouched as Blake couldn’t even hear a crack or see visible damage on it.
Blake wondered what happened and started thinking about the possibilities of what had caused the supposedly very strong second realm darkness bullet spell couldn’t pierce through the other end of the dark earth construct.

‘Is the muscular humanoid demon’s body so sturdy that it was able to receive the full brunt of the second realm darkness bullet spell?’
This thought was the first thing that came to Blake’s mind.
However, a quick recall of what the muscular humanoid demon could do with his bloodline power made Blake second guess his first thought.
Remembering how his and Cyra’s dark flames that were several times more vicious than ordinary fire and couldn’t be simply put out by ordinary means were just slapped or punched out of existence by the muscular humanoid demon, a shocking, or rather, a dangerous thought appeared in Blake’s mind.
‘Don’t tell me…’
*BOOM*
As if to answer Blake’s inner monologue, the half-destroyed dark earth construct suddenly exploded into countless pieces as an unknown force forcibly destroyed it without giving the dark earth construct a chance to stand its ground.
Blake’s eyes instantly stared past the destroyed chunks of dark earth and focused on the demon that was supposedly contained inside the dark earth construct.
And just as his fear had manifested itself in front of him, the muscular humanoid demon was standing tall in the center of the explosion that destroyed the dark earth construct.
His burnt foot had returned back to normal, and all the wounds that he received on his body had all disappeared.
The runes that were inscribed all over the muscular humanoid demon’s back were now glowing bright, giving off even more pressure than before, making Blake inadvertently gulp and took a few steps back.
The muscular humanoid demon stared at Blake with a nonchalant expression, very different from before when he looked at Blake with caution and worry.
Blake froze in place when he saw the muscular humanoid demon’s eyes with his own.
But that didn’t stay long as Blake saw the muscular humanoid demon casually raising his fist and punching lightly in his direction.
The action seemed very casual. It looked like the muscular humanoid demon was just stretching his fist. However, for someone who was really sensitive with nether, Blake knew better than anyone that it was anything but a stretch.
In that one relaxed yet a swift movement, Blake saw how almost all the nether in the surroundings gathered in front of the muscular humanoid demon’s fist at an unnatural speed.
A speed so fast that Blake had never seen nether move before.
And in the next second, those gathered nether all exploded forward, moving at a speed that Blake’s evolved eyes could barely keep up with.
Even though the fist was only as big as Blake’s head, the nether that had exploded forward was at least twice as big as Blake’s body and it could very easily swallow up both Blake and Cyra at the same time.
Assuming the amount of nether that was used to create the explosion, Blake knew that he didn’t even have time to cast a very simple spell like the darkness barrier.
What he decided to do in that very small amount of time was to forcefully exert his fiery nether outward, creating a dark flame shield right in front of his body.
“BLAKE!” Vera shouted, but Blake didn’t hear a single thing as the muscular humanoid demon’s attack overwhelmed his danger sense and filled his entire mind.
Right at the last moment before the muscular humanoid demon’s bloodline power hit Blake’s body, a portal opened up right in front of Blake’s body.
It wasn’t big enough to encase all the muscular humanoid demon’s nether, but it was enough to cover Blake’s whole body.
The muscular humanoid demon’s attack then hit the portal that Vera created at the very last second.
The portal seemed to be able to do its job as some of the nether and force contained inside the attack was teleported elsewhere.
But it was nowhere near enough as the amount of nether was just too much for the small portal made up of nether of the first demon realm to handle.
The portal could barely hold against the muscular humanoid demon’s attack for a split second before it completely broke apart just like how the darkness barrier and dark flame wall that Blake had erected before easily crumbled down.
The dark flame wall that Blake had erected at the last second didn’t even put up a fight as it was blown out the moment the attack made contact with it.
And with only dark earth armor as his last line of defense, Blake braced for impact as the attack squarely hit his body.
Blake remembered a familiar feeling from before when he received a charge from the bone wing demon.
The sense of air being forcefully pushed out of his lungs. But now, the feeling on his chest was indescribable as not a single thought could even form in Blake’s mind.
And it wasn’t even the worst part.
Not only did he lose control of his whole body as his body became as stiff as a rock, but his senses were all also frozen.
Even though Blake had been violently thrown backward, his eyes were still displaying the scene from before when his dark flame wall had just been destroyed by the attack. His ears couldn’t register any kind of sounds with his eardrums paralyzed in place.
His skin felt numb from the tip of his toe to the top of his head.
Blake’s mind was filled with nothing as even his thought was also frozen at the part where he braced for impact, the last moment before the attack hit him.
And as if to show how strong the casual strike of his, the strike that had totally thrown Blake out of the fight didn’t stop moving forward even after hitting Blake.
It continued moving past the distance before finally hitting the invisible wall that was none other than the edge of the isolated space that Vera had created.
The isolated space trembled violently when the attack hit, making the grounds shake so hard that even Robus found it hard to keep his balance.
Before long, the violent tremble on the ground spread onto the sky as cracks began appearing on the edge of the isolated space where the muscular humanoid demon attack had hit it.
The cracks that were as big as Robus at first grew bigger and bigger before countless cracks spread all over the isolated space before a thundering cracking sound resounded throughout the isolated space.
The Isolated space broke down, revealing the real world where Blake and the others were still in the midst of the humanoid demons’ encirclement.
The muscular humanoid demon seemed to want to throw several more punches toward Blake and his group’s direction when he realized that he was finally out of the isolated space.
But the second he breathed the nether of the first demon realm, a sense of trepidation enveloped his whole being.
His body which felt as light as a feather suddenly became as heavy as a mountain. His calm breathing turned rugged as it took him conscious effort just to continue taking air into his lungs.
Knowing what was happening to his body, the muscular humanoid demon could only click his tongue as he threw a last glance toward Blake and his group, etching their faces into his mind before turning away from them.
His foot which felt as if hundreds of kilograms of weights had been strapped on them moved forward as he kicked it against the ground.
The muscular humanoid demon, who had been so fast before that Robus could barely keep up with him, moved even faster that Blake wouldn’t even be able to follow despite having evolved once.
Robus, Cyra, and Vera couldn’t even see a blur when the muscular humanoid demon kicked his feet against the ground, but they all knew that the muscular humanoid demon was moving straight into the humanoid demon’s base direction, the place where the gate leading into the second demon realm was located.
